Combs automotive is a friendly family run business. After having my vehicles serviced from the local dealers they were brought from, the workmanship and skyrocketing prices led to me Combs Autotmotive. They do a thorough inspection and let you know what the repairs that are reccomended and what to expect in the future. They follow manufacturers service schedule and will go out of their way to provide you with options. Very transparent and knowledgeable. Friendly, real people that you can relate to and talk with. They understand family life and we’re able to get my Jeep fixed and turned around within 24hrs. Would highly recommend them to any female/person who doesn’t feel confident in the automotive repair field. Krissy, the front end woman explained things in layman’s terms for my creative brain to understand. Did not feel like I was being ripped off or taken advantage of at all. So important!! We were traveling back home to Pennsylvania from the Lake George Area when we had a bad tire problem. We had stopped at two other shops that were pretty sketchy and we were pretty much sent packing...they just didn’t want to help us. We pulled into Combs Automotive hoping for a better outcome than the 2 previous shops. These fine folks immediately mounted a tire, (even properly torqued the lug nuts, which not many shops do anymore) taking great care not to damage our wheel, and got us back on the road in a jiffy! Super friendly and professional people! They immediately put us at ease that our car would be safe to drive all the way back to Pennsylvania! We couldn’t help but notice how immaculate the garage was and the bill was MORE than reasonable and fair. We are so grateful to have found Combs Automotive, they were lifesavers! Be careful they rip you off or tell you. Your car needs a tone of shi@ to pass inspection so you have to gave it and they charge a arm and a leg body parts are getting expensive.

Certified Master Mechanic, best prices around hands down. Small garage, literally two people working there it seems, therefore low overhead so the prices reflect this.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I have had nothing but quality experiences with this place. I drive 40 mins just to take my car to this shop because they are such a trustworthy business. I never let anyone else work on my cars because it's so hard to find a reliable mechanic. They do great work at affordable prices, take your car here people.

My experience with Krissy and Chris from Combs Automotive was such a GREAT one. They’re a local business that truly cares about the customer and making sure that a very thorough job is done for whatever reason you bring in your vehicle to them.
