Costello's Ace Hardware was founded in 1976 by Vincent "Vinnie" Costello as a single hardware store, and has since grown into an iconic name in hardware with stores across multiple states. The business is committed to providing world-class service, top-quality brands, and knowledgeable staff to the neighborhoods it serves. Vinnie's children now lead the organization, continuing his values-centered approach. Customers praise the store's spacious layout, helpful and honest employees, and commitment to supporting the local community. The store manager, "Nick," is particularly highlighted for his exceptional customer service. Customers appreciate the wide selection of products, especially for Big Green Egg grills and accessories, and respect the store's decision to close on Thanksgiving. While prices may be slightly higher than big-box stores, customers are willing to pay more to support a local business with a focus on quality and service.
