The worst service experience of my life. Over 22 days they have my truck as it was brought back twice for massive engine issues that cause the truck to almost stop. They couldn?t fix it the first time as the same issue re appeared 3 miles from the dealership, after a guarantee it was safe and fixed . They put a new sensor in and NOW won?t guarantee it will work or is safe, so I don?t have the truck back. Guess what the plan is? Nobody knows and nobody calls.

The Sales Team was very professional. My experience was tainted by Buick refusing to include a SAFETY FEATURE (SUV cargo cover). The policy is that the cargo cover is an ACCESSORY and I would have to purchase on my own for a car I am leasing. So, what I am supposed to do with a cover for a car I do not own but want to be safe in at the end of the lease? Wrong!

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a hood latch on my 2017 Sierra Denali. I brought the truck in because I had an engine light on and the truck needed to be inspected. I was told the engine light was on because the hood latch was defective. Made no sense to me, but I'm not a mechanic. My inspection is now more than one month expired and still no hood latch. I have called 3 times and keep getting the run around about how it is on back order. I had my personal mechanic check on line for the part and he told me he could have it in one day!!!! I told him to hold off on ordering it until I heard back from van Buren to see if they will cover the charges by him. I am still waiting for an answer. I do not feel as though I should have to pay for a repair on something covered under warranty because of your inability to get me the part needed. I will never deal with your dealership again!

I leased a 2016 Buick GS for this dealer. Got a great price. They pressured me to get the tire insurance and I caved in and got it. Car has low profile tires. Thank god I did. First inspection failed due to bubbles in 3 of the tires. They said I must hit too many potholes and law profile tires easily get flat when you hit a pothole. Next year 3 flat tires... so 3 new tires. Third year 2 flats and 1 bent rim. Again, they said I must hit too many potholes and curbs HOWEVER, THEY FAILED TO TELL ME THE CAR HAD SUMMER LOW PROFILE TIRES. Why lease someone a car in New York that has summer tires.!?!?!?! Iâ??ve learned the summer tires get very rigid in temps below 40 degrees and will blow. They never once told me they were summer tires.... just made me feel like a bad driver. Lesson learned but shame on you for not disclosing that to me ... verbally ... before I leased the car... then shaming me for being a bad driver. Before this Buick I had maybe 3 flats in my 20 years of driving.

Stopped to get a price on a car apparently they don't do that at this dealership. Terrible experience funny part was I was trying to buy a car no one seemed to care. I can see by the reviews here that many people have had the same experience. If 0 stars were an option that's what I would have given.

Who the hell leases a car in NY with SUMMER LOW PROFILE TIRES.... this dealer does!!! After 3 years of having my Buick, 10 flat tires, multiple conversations with the service department inquiring if my tire were all weather tires because I had zero control of the car in 1 inch of show and being told they were, 2 new rims, one of their own salesman told me "oh we have to get you out of that car because you have summer only tires" did I learn I had Summer tires. Yes the window sticker said summer tires but who reads that. They very clearly pushed the tire insurance on me but failed to say "hey you will risk your life and others on the road if you drive this car in below 50 degree weather because you will have no traction and the tires will explode". The same salesman who told me about the tires also told me that I was on the gm pull ahead list but when I went to another dealer because van Buren didn't have the car I wanted to test drive, I learned I was not on the list. I called the salesman out on his lie and he admitted he lied but questioned why I went to another dealer. Are you f***ing kidding me?????? I thought this was a decent dealership.... I was wrong.... multiple layers of deceit. How desperate are they for a sale that they put drivers in harms way ?!?!?!?

Sales people not honest especially Scott used car sales man, financing depot charge you the higher interest rate even with excellent credit score, they always lie made a mistake to purchase my car from there, DON'T make my mistake shop around before going there, before it's too late, trade in value that they gave me for my old car $5000 less than outside but I found out all that later on, after it was to late and all damaged done

Not a great experience at all , contacted Van Buren via phone to lease there most expensive vehicle they have a Yukon Denali fully loaded , spoke to a gentlemen not mentioning any names , gave me a quote via text which was decent, me and my wife made plans to drop our kids off at friends house headed to dealer to look at the car quoted on - not there , looked at another car we were interested in and was told it was taken, finally get a quote on another Yukon Denali for an additional $75 a month more than originally quoted with Same MSRP as the first car quoted ?, as this is happening another worker comes in and says there is a couple waiting for him? Hello I am looking to get into an 80k sticker vehicle , lol, now he tells me he has to look things over sends us home and says he will contact me next day ,never heard from him again , guess what, I was not window shopping I have my brand new Blacked out Yukon Denali in my driveway , THANKS GMC KING O'ROURKE

This was easily the best experience I've had with the new car process. I dealt with Joe Montenegro and he was absolutely fabulous. You don't find too many car salesmen that have worked for the same dealership for 16 years. Joe is extremely knowledgeable in every phase of the process, whether you are leasing/financing. I am a very hard to please customer and typically walk out of these negotiations before they start due to the lack of interpersonal skills and overall lack of knowledge. But Joe got the whole deal wrapped up in record time and I was in my beautiful new Buick Enclave(they also have GMC)within a few hours! I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Joe to guide your through every step of the process. I know where I will be getting my cars for the next 30 years!

The service department is awful. Donâ??t take car to them for any recalls!
I took my car there and it took them 3 months to finish the job and when they did, it was still not done right! Manifold leak was replaced and the car still smelled of oil!
They donâ??t reply to calls! I left 20 messages before I got a call initially. Once they finished, car still smells of burned oil... Now itâ??s been Exactly 2 weeks and still no response!!!
I have given them ample time to fix my car, but I have not gotten any response back. Had my own mechanic fix everything. $2000 later... all I can do is tell others to not take your car to their service department. There is no sense of responsibility or customer service.

The people checking you in are fine. The mechanics on the other hand are shady. They signed off on a tire rotation that was not done. I had the wheel lug lock in my possession and I do not believe there exists a "master" lug as the service advisor tried to explain. I also don't appreciate my vehicle returned to me with greasy black scuff marks all over my SUV cargo area and pedal area just to replace a rear headrest. If the mechanics are that flippant about other people's property I can imagine how they treat the vehicle under the hood.

Wonderful experience. Did the entire deal via phone and e-mail and spent just about an hour at the dealership signing paperwork on pick-up day. After shopping around for months, this was the only dealer who offered prices within the realm of those advertised. Car shopping should always be this easy.

This is the 4th. Buick I've leased from Van Buren. Their agent Joe Montenegro is fantastic. He's friendly, has a great sense of humor, but most importantly he's honest, which is not always the case with salespeople. If you want honesty and integrity go to Van Buren Buick.

I called my dealership and asked for my favorite Service Representative, Coleen. I was promptly transferred and told her my issue. Then, I asked if I can have my car taken care of today. She asked how soon I can get there, and within 45 minutes I was handing in my key. I'm such a happy customer with the level of courtesy, respect, and professionalism I experience every time I visit the dealership. I'm recommending Van Buren Buick GM to everyone. It's like family there.
