Julie Pedretti is an Ace! My Encore CUV is ten years old and requires lots of maintaining attention, which is normal. Now, what the heck do I know about GMC Marcus points. Julie Pedretti noticed on the back of the Van Buren coolant special coupon I brought in, that I saved up enough points to cover the entire $2,108.73 service, and Julie took care of it all for me! Julie keeps in contact with the mechanic technician to make sure all necessary service work is performed on my 2014 Encore, to keep it on the road running great. I recently purchased a new 2023 Buick Envision from Van Buren. The salesman, Joseph Fusco is very knowledgeable with all the GMC / Buick vehicle products, and he was able to help me find the perfect dream car. This was my first experience leasing and Joe was able to give me a fantastic deal that fit our budget. Also, Ken the sales manager is excellent, he efficiently explained all the financing options and made the process so easy to understand and “effortless”. Joe and Ken are an amazing team; they are truly helpful and professional. I highly recommend this dealership for your next car or truck purchase; they provide outstanding customer service.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the Van Buren Buick GMC dealership and especially Joseph Fusco. Joseph knew that I did not want part with my old car, and he saw I was very anxious about looking for a new one. Even with my apprehension, Joseph was VERY patient with me and answered ALL my questions. My long decision-making process was respected and made easy by Joseph, who ensured a relaxed and pressure-free approach.I am also thankful for Joseph's understanding and flexibility in staying late with me as I made my final decision. The worst! We were lied to from the get-go. I drove from North Carolina and had it all set up with the salesman Jo Fusco. Got there, and the truck was just like it was when it came off the truck. Ask for a manager & was told none were on the lot. Asked another salesman & just like that, a manager was there. Joe Montenegro tried, but in the end, with all the issues, we called it a day. It is better to drive home without a new truck than to have continued. After explaining what went on, the dealership did NOTHING to try & make it right. Van Buren buick GMC is the worst. They give the term "Car Dealer" the bad reputation it has had forever. NEVER USE SALESMAN JO FUSCO!!! I would never use Van Buren Buick GMC ever. Just drive down the road.Update....I received a call from Ken Willims. The sales manager from Van Buren GMC. He was very bothered with the way my wife & I were treated. He was extremely apologetic. We talked several times & he made us a very jealous offer to make things right!!!If we had more time & could get back up to Garden City, we would have made a deal. It just wasn't in the cards during the holidays & living so far away.

I came in for an appointment for a NYS inspection only. I arrived earlier than my appointment, and was taken care of right away. The two people in the office at the time helped me access my MY Buick App so I could use my points for my visit. Your employees are always so kind and courteous, and helpful, wishing me a good day and happy holidays. I will always recommend Van Buren. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Thank you.

I recently purchased a 2023 GMC Denali from Van Buren Buick GMC, and the team I had working for me; Zain, Ken, and Bryan made it a truly exceptional experience. Zain's extensive knowledge of the vehicle and its features made the decision-making process a breeze. Ken, the sales manager, was incredibly helpful to ensuring my needs were met. Bryan patiently explained the financing options in a clear and concise manner. Overall, this team provided top-notch customer service and made buying my dream car a seamless and enjoyable process. My Acadia was giving a P0128 code and temp gauges were not working. This usually indicates a faulty thermostat. Those who are unfamiliar with GMs V6 engines, the thermostat is tucked away in the intake manifold which would require partial disassembly of the engine. Easily a job that can take several hours…but hey I have a warranty so lets let the pros handle it.Van Buren got me in and out within 5 hours with NO appointment. Meaning I walked in at noon that day and got a call at 5pm the SAME day notifying me that the vehicle was ready. Only reason I couldn’t get my car back same day was because they closed and I didn’t want them to stay late waiting for me.Normally I’d be hesitant with work being done so quickly, especially at a dealership service center but everything checks out and there is no evidence of the dealership just clearing the code and calling it a day. I cannot lie I am throughly impressed with what I was met with here. Will definitely be recommending this service center for all your GM needs.

I picked up a 2023 Hummer EV Pickup from Van Buren and it was the most professional and easiest auto transaction that I have ever had! Both the Salesman Darnell Wiltshire and GM Ken Willms were great. There was even a slight issue with the car with a squeak and the shop staff corrected in a snap! Great dealership!

NEVER GET YOUR TRUCK FROM HERE. I would give 0 stars if possible. We leased a brand new 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 and less than a year later the whole roof started leaking. It took almost 2 months for GMC to fix the truck and now 8 months later and it is leaking again! They are refusing to look at truck for another month. Told us to call corporate but corporate needs the report from the dealer. We are getting a complete runaround meanwhile they expect us to pay our lease payment and drive around in a truck getting rained on inside!! You cannot in good faith expect us to drive our 1 year old around in a car that leaks when it rains. My husband is at the dealership now and they are refusing to accommodate him. We were more than patient the first time around. The second time around and this is unacceptable. Horrible customer service and horrible quality truck!!

I purchased my 2024 GMC terrain denali a few days ago. I am very satisfied with the professionalism, courtesy, respect, and overall auto knowledge. Mr. Zain Huda showed me. As a first-time buyer of a brand new car, I didn't know exactly what i was getting into, and Mr. Zain helped me make sense of it all... I'd recommend this dealership and Mr. Zain to anyone looking to buy a car.

Had never been before. Walked in basically to talk about ordering a car. I had looked last year but decided not to purchase. Had spoken with dealers closer to my house but the salesman were no longer there. After getting an estimate on my trade-in I was ready to at least get an estimate on a build I wanted. I was told it might be 6 months. Still shortages on some chips, rims etc. It just so happened that there was one scheduled to be built and delivered that pretty much matched what I wanted. It was my 2nd favorite color. This was early July. The car was build the last week of July/first few days of Aug. It was delivered to the dealer maybe 2 weeks later. I went in and went over a few options. I took delivery a week later. It was the quickest turnaround on a new vehicle ever with the exception of purchasing one off of the lot more than 20 years ago. My salesman Mark was thorough in explaining the entertainment center on vehicle although I do need to go back because I think it reset back to demo mode. Overall though very good experience and with it being less than 3 miles from where I work plan to bring it there for all service.

I had the pleasure of having Joe Montenegro as my salesperson. He was so helpful, friendly, professional and attentive. He notified me that my car had come in while he was still on vacation! He made my first experience leasing a car on my own an easy one. I will happily return to Van Buren Buick in the future

Van Buren staff members are always friendly and respectful. My car was serviced and returned to me in the same day. I will say one negative thing: Although I do understand that the 3% charge for credit cards is being passed to the customer, a debit card is not a credit card. It is a form of check and businesses are not being charged 3% for its use. So, customers should not be charged the fee.

I had an issue with a service performed on my vehicle 3 years ago. I called Van Buren and spoke to the service manager Tom. I explained the issue to him and told him that I didn’t expect them to be able to do anything about it about it. Tom called me back 30 minutes laterto let me know that he verified the issue and apologized for the problem. He went on to say that they were going to issue me a check to refund me for the payment I made for the service three years ago on my 12 year old car! Van Buren has been the most positive car owning experience I have ever had. They truly stand behind their name!
