Several years before my retirement, Fidelity helped set up a cash flow plan. Even after my retirement, Fidelity has stayed with me and tweaked the plan as needed. As a result, I'm having a wonderful retirement!

So far not impressed. Opened new account. Missed call from C/S so I left msg and never heard back from them or anyone else.

Fidelity Customer Service....please get your act together....You are supposed to be running a financial institution.... Yet you run your customer service department like a Mickey Mouse institution.How can I feel comfortable letting Fidelity handle my money when you can't even open an account or get a simple wire transfer... read full comment
