I am SO happy that I switched to Parks Heritage. I’ve never had better costumer service at a bank before, and I even used to work at one lol! Lee Anne is AMAZING and I would recommend her over and over again! I greatly appreciate everyone at this bank!

I have been a customer of Parks Heritage for over 25 yrs! They have always been pleasant to work with thru the yrs. But recently my Husband and I have been going thru financial/health trouble and Lisa Lindstrand has gone above and beyond to help us with our loan need. She gave us a a deferrement on our loan. And she continues to help us in our time of need by moving our loan dates around and giving us encouraging advice. We are happy to have her and the rest of the team on our side. Thanks Lisa and the whole team at Parks Heritage!

I am a new member of Parks. I recently joined after getting a job at the hospital. I had banked with Bank of America previously which was a pain with the closest branch being 30 minutes away. Banks and Credit unions all offer the same types of products and services. The only real thing that can set them apart is service. Parks has great service every time I have gone in. It has been a pain switching banks, but the level of service I am receiving from Parks is and will be well worth the effort. I look for forward to our continued relationship.
