Day well spent . Awesome staff , very friendly and helpful . Wait time in rides were not as long as expected . We were able to do a lot . Definitely planning a repeat visit and can’t wait for the hotel and water park to open

I have a range of ages in my family and this park is great at accommodating that. So many rides the older girls can do independently, which they love, while also having rides for the under 5 crowd too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wait time system needs some work, but the park it still new. Not much shade, so bring sunscreen, water and a hat. My kids had a wonderful time!

How about you guys save your reviews for the actual park? Stop reviewing based on website information, location, or date of opening.I'm looking for real reviews based on the park, not reviews based on your twisted panties.

I know I'm probably going to get reported for this but the park isn't even fully open yet and some of yall (cough cough karens cough cough) are throwing tantrums. Also, stop reviewing other parks on this one. And to those of you that are complaining about "not all the rides being open" when you said that you wanted to go BEFORE THE PARK IS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN, it literally tells you that not everything is open.

the worst customer experience i have ever had. Bought an annual pass, but the website blocks me from reserving ticket. called twice waiting on line for 30 minutes, first time telling me they can't help, asking me send email. Email sent but no response. Thus second call, then forward me to the online technical support line, which gave 6 forward keys. each only leads to a machine response..then i choose to give up and ask for refund, the machine tells me refund is not a option..?♀️

They are not ready for visitors yet. They should not have opened. Our family LOVED LegoLand California, and were excited to have one near us in NY.Half the park is still under construction. All the big rides broke all day long.My 8 year old and I got to ride tea cups and a carousel. That's it.Don't go until they are fully operational. Also, it is a small park. Do not expect LegoLand California or Florida.

When it's fully complete it will definitely be one of the best places to visit in New York. The preview was really exciting. The water park is not finished yet fyi

So sad to report that I don’t recommend Legoland ny as we are big fans of the Florida location. The park as of today is half open to my estimation. The lines were so long for everything. Not enough shade or seating.I also didn’t love the rides after a long wait and short ride opened up to a lego store. Maybe that’s the m.o. of all amusement parks but it just seems so gross. We went on pre-opening meaning less crowded so I can’t imagine how crowded it will be then. Bring sunscreen and hats if you go.

Five stars even before it’s grand opening. We bought 1st to play season pass and get free upgraded to Gold Pass. We went there for “behind the brick” event before its open. Most rides are ready. Kids likes the rides. The roller coasters are not open yet, we will come back for those ride.

The preview day was great! Had lots of fun. Friendly service and fun attractions.

It's a fun park, but they're still working on how to run an amusement park. The ride load/ unload times and procedures are VERY slow. Even the simplest ride takes a long time to get running.

A great experience at LEGOLAND today for the behind the brick event. Not everything is open yet but they are working hard. Staff were great. I was very impressed with the inclusion efforts hiring staff with disabilities and providing opportunities for employment. Looking forward to returning. Make sure to use exit 125 it’s an exit built just for LEGOLAND. GPS doesn’t really pick it up yet so we went a little out of the way.

We went yesterday as season pass holders and seriously guys you should NOT BE OPEN YET! What you did was upset our 5 year old for his birthday. There were FOUR rides open one being a carousel. The website said its a cashless theme park, so we had $20 only...Well when there are no rides you attempt to play games, well there was 3 games operating, and guess what they did NOT take Credit! ONLY CASH! Because the credit card machines did not come in in time. There was only ONE vendor open for beverages, and that was as soon as you entered the park. We did not dine at the restaurant so I cant review it. Honestly, what you did was upset children and waist a parents day off of work....There are literally still cranes operating, landscaping just waiting to be planted, etc When this place is fully finished and fully operational it will be amazing. Butttttt until then you should warn visitors of what they are getting into. Especially since your website does say that about ten things are operating when in fact that is not the truth. I took so many videos as friends wanted to purchase tickets for next weekend! Once I sent them and explained they will now wait.

Staff was friendly and helpful, we appreciated the covid precautions being taken around the park. Loved all the water bottle filling stations! The rides that were open were fun.... really, if you love Legos, this place is a dream. Can't wait to return once the park is finished!
