Beautiful and Organized Branch, Very Manhattan Vibe in Long Island. Pleasant people, the tall girl, pretty, she’s a sharp dresser, you would know who she is when you walk in, very knowledgeable.I enjoy the vibrancy and energy of the staff that works here. Probably the most friendliest bank I’ve been to.

If you’re not white, upper middle class stay away from this branch. Right off the bat I was greeted with a nasty demeanor from Thomas the teller who decided to count the money I was trying to deposit one bill at a time, multiple times. I understand double checking the amount of money handed to you (which is what the bill counter is for) but counting one bill at a time, by hand, getting progressively slower with each count, insinuating that I’m not telling the truth left a foul taste in my mouth.

I have had the most satisfying experience banking with Santander. The service is impeccable and the staff is always warm, welcoming, and helpful. Most of my banking is done with Jizet, she has been so patient and helpful with me from the start. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I recently switched some of my banking services to Santander due to an offer the made to me. I was a bit hesitant as starters but I gotta say I definitely now they totally got me and i am extremely satisfied. I even work in one of the BIG 4 banks and I know whenever it comes to customer service, compliance and high expectations and the staff in this Santander branch definitely fulfill all those. Everytime I go they do an excellent job. The tellers look so professional and they are very kind, they machines area at the top of the technological standards and high-end looking. The bankers as well are extremely knowledgeable and wise.
