We were happily greeted right when we walked in! Thank you ? Today was Mochii's Gotcha Day so I wanted to treat her to some toys and treats. The store was super clean and organized. She couldn't decide what to pick out because there were so many choices and lots of sales! A very happy customer! We will be back soon!

If I could give a rating of zero I would! I went into the store to buy 1 gold fish or feeder fish. A total purchase of 50 cents. I was told I could not purchase this fish from HOLLY the most difficultexasperating salesperson in the WORLD. She needed to know all the stats on our tank. Would not sell to us w/five gallon, filtered, bubbler, and real water plants. ? tank for 1 feeder fish. So the manager decided to back her up after I sent a complaint to corporates . Corporate kicked it back to the store to handle sad. Jen said if I purchased the 50 cent fish for a turtle she hoped it would have been eaten in cruelty free way !!!!!. I will never shop at that store ever again.

I love to go to PetSmart in Greece. There is always a friendly greeting, they are very helpful and always make a fuss over my sweet pup.

I was racial discriminated for being black in the store . They will be talking to me lawyer! Petco never denied me of their pets . It's disgusting that you have women working in a store treating people different because the colour of their skin! I recommend no one of colour to enter this establishment!

I’m disheartened to have had such a negative customer service experience at a place that I’ve frequently recommended to others. The grooming service itself was fine but the aftermath of requesting a trim over the eyes was extremely draining. The appointment was with Esa who needed multiple clarifiers to know what dog I was referring to when it was her I was speaking with and she stated that we lied and never asked asked about the trim when the dog was picked up when in reality she said we would have to book a new appointment for a full haircut, which I was adamant about not wanting. Speaking with the grooming supervisor, I got clarity about why the trim couldn’t be done at that moment but she tried to make it seem like my interactions with Esa didn’t occur the way they did and was still talking about a full haircut. I was then transferred to Micah, a store manager. I explain to her my issue with the customer service, and she of course offers a solution for a full haircut. No acknowledgment of anything I was actually saying. Poor customer service cannot exist without regard in an environment where you’re servicing a clientele where people are entrusting you with their pets who can’t speak for themselves.

I will never return to this pet store and I would highly suggest no one else does. I experienced racism and poor customer service from Jenn and Holly, store manager and department manager. I have a large habitat that currently houses 5 parakeets, they do better in pairs, so I came to purchase a 6th parakeet. They refused without reason or cause. My son, my sister and myself were shocked because there was absolutely no reason to refuse the sale other than the color of my skin. Not only did they refuse the sale but they asked a series of questions in which I answered appropriately. They continued to refuse the sale. The department manager’s facial expression and tone were of annoyance as if she had already decided she did not want to provide a service to me. The store manager stated “there is no point in calling corporate because I will be the one who speaks to you again”. No one offered to show me an appropriate size bird cage, had that been the reason, no one offered any reason/cause for refusing the sale, they both only stated that they have the right to refuse a sale to “whoever they want”. Save yourself a trip and search elsewhere for your pet purchases.

Jamie recently groomed both of my German shepherds. Omg!!! What a great job! They were delightfully clean and trimmed but the best was they were miraculously deshedded. They have never looked so good or been so shed free! Great job Jamie

My pet has been receiving grooming services from the Greece location since 2018. A few months ago my pet received services and returned completely exhausted and very whipy. I did decide to not bring him back for another grooming appointment and just bathe him myself. Today since some time had passed I decided to give them another try but with a different groomer and not the person he seen before. The women I talked to on the phone was extremely dismissive of my concerns instead of just booking us with another employee. I felt completely uneasy sending my pet there if Pet Smart staff felt that nothing was wrong about the way I was feeling. I did ask to speak with the store manager who said her name was Jen who also continued to defend the employee instead of validating my concerns. The employees name was Allison. All I asked was to not book my pet with the same groomer. I cannot see what happens behind the grooming doors so instead of reassuring me, my pet would be safe they dismissed my feelings.
