After I was notified by Aunt Betty that my airline rescheduled my flights to Bali, I asked for a refund back in late June. To date, I have no refund & all they do is use stalling tactics to hold on to my $3,000. It seems to be jammed in some sort of “refund-processing” queue from the 90’s. What a load of crap!! I am out of pocket having to repurchase new airline tickets that agree with my travel plans, and wasting time & energy trying to get my “confirmed” refund back. I was originally told 5-7 days for refund & now 12 weeks! That’s a huge variance! I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH AUNT BETTY!! And if you don’t want any unnecessary issues, DON’T BOOK with them either!!!! I can’t see them lasting in business very long!! Good riddance to bad service, I say....
