went to GC jeep because my remote starts weren't working, for my 2020 Jeep Compass with 30k miles. never had a problem with the car batteries or starting the car. to my surprised the quotes me $750 for two new batteries. what a coincidence the day they told me that I needed batteries they had to jump start the car. Car with 30k needs new batteries and the cost they quoted as $750 when I said no it went down to $650.When service went to get my car, they lost my second key, and realized they never reprogrammed the remote. After 45 minutes for a "quick pick-up" I left with one working remote will never get another keep, thank goodness the lease is in two month.

Bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee from them in 2019. At the time, they had a VIP platinum program that they put you in when you bought a vehicle from them. It included free oil changes, and state inspections for as long as you own your vehicle. They have not honored this agreement over the last 2 years. They tell me that they are under new ownership, and that deal was not part of the new ownership. I have gotten 3 vehicles from them over the last 10 years. Needless to say i won't ever be going back there again. A deal is a deal. And even if it's under new ownership, the dealer still bears the same name. Stay away. Go somewhere where the customer is treated with some respect.

They left a beautiful scuff on my rim while servicing my vehicle under all the white dirt they left all over them. I guess hoping I wouldn't notice I am very upset with garden city's customer service. I can't wait to hear the excuse for this considering I have a whole before video when it went into the dealership just for safety reasons with no damage as they took pics of the vehicle as well to prove it had no damage but I can't say the same about when I received it.

I recently bought a second car from Garden City and couldn't be happier. In 2021 I walked into the showroom and worked with Chris Wilson, he was professional, polite, and didn't play the typical car salesman games. When I was in the market again, I reached out to him first. This time, since we've worked together before, we were able to work out a deal 100% over text! This was amazing as with my work schedule, I don't have the time to be at the dealership for hours just to get prices when I already know what I want. The price was fair and the service he provided was exceptional. Every promise he made was kept and the delivery experience was smooth. As long as Stellantis continues to make products that interest me, Chris and Garden City will be my first call.

I just recently purchased my SECOND Jeep from Brandon Callaghan at Garden City Jeep. We went back there for the very fact that Brandon was excellent. Brandon was very patient and knowledgeable of the entire purchasing process and was a pleasure to deal with. We finally have “our guy” now for the future of purchasing Jeeps because he is trustworthy. I recommend Brandon wholeheartedly.Jason, the general sales manager, and Rich, the finance rep were excellent as well. Between the three of them, the y made the process so easy and relaxed.I will be back for sure as long as Brandon, Jason and Rich are there. ??

This is my second Jeep from Garden City Jeep and I just have to say how happy I am with it! Between Jeff for dealing with me for months, Jason the general sales manager for dealing with me, and then finally Chris for closing out this deal I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service I received. Jeff would answer me all hours of the day and worked so hard to get me such an amazing deal. He’s so good they even promoted him to manager!! Fortunate enough I got the pleasure to deal with him before he stepped up! I have to say they really treat you like family. I’m forever grateful to them all for handling me and dealing with me. When i picked up the car, Jason and Chris noticed it was low on gas and said it was unacceptable. Chris literally drove me to the gas station and filled up my car. i mean come on if that’s not amazing customer service what is!? Please ask for Jason, Jeff or Chris because these guys are the deal!! Thank you all for being so awesome and for the phenomenal deal!!! Also, Jessica at the front desk is such a sweetheart!!!

Service is always good Tom was very nice to come outside and helped me out with scraping an old registration. Thank you Tom! Update, I went for a service of an oil change I just want to let you know, you need to make an appointment for service don't go there without one otherwise you have to turn around and go home frustrated with the lack of communication from them regarding their policies. It happened it to me last week and I noticed it people complaining about it I.Coffe machine is available and they make sure you're refreshing with some bottles of water and snacks bathrooms are super clean and the show room has a variety of new awesome modelsI have to mention Mark Smith vehicle exchange Representative is a very nice friendly and has lots of energy and works and approaches people with such a great attitude ?

I bought my Jeep through a third party, so I never had any experience with the sales team at Garden City. This review is based on the service department.A few weeks ago, I noticed my Compass was burning through oil at an alarming rate. I took it in and dealt with Crystal. There was a little misunderstanding (she originally told me that burning through all the oil in a compass was normal. It's not). The service team told me they were going to do an Oil Consumption Test. I had to drive my car for 1500 miles so they can see the oil usage.Today I hit that 1500 miles and took my car right in. I went right to Crystal. She was VERY communicative and she did exactly what she said she would. She actually went above and beyond for me, as far as talking to higher ups in order to help me futher. I give all the credit to Crystal. I was pleasantly surprised to be honest, because she didn't initially come across as the helpful type the first time I met her.She's one of the best and sweetest service reps I've had to deal with in any dealership! Nice work hiring her, Garden City Jeep!

Truly horrible service department. Avoid at all costs. They overbook service appointments without telling you and keep you waiting hours without responding to update inquiries. There are many dealerships and repair shops in the area offering equal quality without mistreating their customers. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere. You will be happy you did.

I had a great experience here. They helped me get the car I wanted and helped me with the issues I was having with my previous vehicle. They helped me with the paper work and explain in detail what everything meant. Love my car and this dealership.

If I can give this place 10+ stars I would. Jeff was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure my desired car and ensure top quality.A month later I lost my key called him and he helped me right away. The service department Steve is a great guy accommodates you right away. Got my car service done no hassle/no long waiting. I would highly recommend this location. The whole team works together.

I'm from Brooklyn. I went to the dealership on Flatbush and the handling and professionalism was horrible. Damage my car and always too busy to answer questions concerning your vehicle. I came to Garden City Jeep and had the honor of having Johnathan as my advisor who took me step by step and helping and assuring my car getting repaired. Never too busy to help a customer in need. I use my car daily having to take kids to school and working 2 jobs. I really appreciate his help every time coming here and I highly recommend him..

My family had a wonderful experience working with Youri as our salesman, he did a fantastic job from start to finish, walking us through the leasing process as this is our first time leasing. He was very helpful and transparent, understood our needs and concerns and took the time and patience to find us the right vehicle. We have two small children so a family oriented car and safety is of our utmost priority. We found our beautiful car with the help of managers Chris A., Rhonda S., Jonathan, and their team. Everyone we interacted with were very pleasant and congratulated us on our new Durango. We had an excellent experience. I felt like the team went above and beyond to give us great customer service.
