I went for a blow out and it was terrible. It didn't stay in. I could have done a better job myself blindfolded. Her kids were running around The tv was blasting. And when I went to tip her she said to give it to her boyfriend. Not even a thank you.

I have bits and pieces of short hair because it was butchered by bleach and is hard and breaking. Owner will never refuse you to come even when it's not good for your hair, as long as she makes money.
