I have been going to Rapunzels for at least the last 15 years to see Marcy for prom hair, my wedding updo, hair cuts and colors. This past year I’ve had the wonderful experience of bringing my daughter for her first haircut. We love Rapunzels!

Soooo happy with my experience with Kayley & Rapunzel Hair Design. My hair was a hot mess. The top was colored and highlighted but the two colors were basically the same so there was no dimension. The underneath was a solid color, but about 2 shades away from the top color. It did not look good at all and I tried numerous times with my previous hair stylist to change that but felt I was never heard. My hair was also incredibly dry.
Kayley gave me suggestions and we came up with a plan. My hair now has a beautiful color all over, gorgeous highlights, and it is so soft. Kayley also gave me a beautiful haircut. I am so very happy with my experience and end result.

This is a great place for a beautiful hairstyle . Amelie, my stylist, is very attentive to my hair concerns. She gives me a haircut that addresses my concerns and is very complementary to my face. It is nice to receive positive compliments from my friends and family.I would recommend Rapunzel Hair Design.

I've been going to Rapunzel's for close to 10 years, and I always leave happier than when I entered. The true test for me is if I still like my hair the next day, and I always do.The atmosphere of the salon is inviting and relaxed. Services are priced fairly, and I always feel like I matter, as a customer and a human being.Amy has been my stylist all these years, and she is a consummate professional as well as a true artist. She really listens with respect to what I want to do with my hair and everything else as we often chat about our lives during my appointment. She's amazing!

To start, I love this salon. I have always had a great experience when I come in. Today, I had a different experience! A stylist by the name of Amy was very rude and basically scolded me in front of a room of people. I’m 30 years old, in a hair salon, relaxing, and she scolded me for language. It wasn’t even what she scolded me about, it was the tone in which she said it, quite loudly in front of a group of people. I did NOT appreciate it. If there is an issue, come speak to me. Don’t yell it across the room.Everyone else in this salon has always been so sweet to me so it’s unfortunate that I had this experience today. I have very fine brittle unhealthy hair so I wanted to get it cut so maybe it would grow in nice. The receptionist how much it was for a haircut and she told me $35-$42 depending upon the hairdresser I get. So I asked if they are seriously going to tell that price when it very short and thin, she said yes. I think they are very expensive, u can't even walk in, u need an appointment.
