Everyone at this branch of Rhinebeck Bank is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. They also took the time to find the best fit of services for me that seems way beyond other offerings in the area.

I try hard to practice what my parents taught me, you have nothing nice to say, say nothing! Check the other reviews out, some are exaggerated and some on point. I'll share the claim of community bank is a false claim. I feel more sense of community from a big box bank. Branch staff should be prepared to service any banking situation from account questions to simply filling a change order. Clients shouldn't be turned away or made to wait to fulfil banking needs.

Friendly employees! I use to go here once a week with my job and they were extra nice to patients who suffer with autism. I had a lot of respect for the employees who were patient with them and treated them as equals. A great bank!!!!! I recommended to many people to go here if you want tellers who are friendly and patient.

I had a good amount of money in my account. I am saving up for a new puppy. I wanted to get a chihuahua. Looking to maybe also get a snake, like a baby boa constrictor or something cool. My neighbor has a bird. My third cousin has a fish tank. I went fishing last week. Lost 2 lures from snags. When October gets here I will probably clean off my back porch. It's enclosed.
