I have been receiving my prescription through Apex Pharmacy for years they are very professional, courteous and emphatic, filling prescription is always done in a timely manner. I appreciate the staff.

Customer service is horrible their attitudes are ridiculous. I'm glad Yelp posted business info so we can place reviews. I haven't been able to for a long time. All three husband and wife including the woman who is the pharmacist( white coat) not welcoming at all. Everything is an attitude. Once I came in the door they acted as if I never had an appointment snarky questions " Did you see the Dr ?" " Uh duh that's why I'm here!" This constant acting as if the prescription wasn't sent upstairs. " What medicine was he prescribed?" I stated "Maybe 3-4 medicines with the names. Snarky attitude again " Oh I don't see it." She shows me twp scripts one was for Claritin the other for nebulizer machine. I'm like why are you giving us Claritin to a child who has a cold. Another snarky answer " Well iunno go talk to the Dr!" I gave them the same snarky arse attitude back. Proceeded to walk downstairs and ask the pediatrician why we were told he needed to use the Claritin. I had an issue with the way my son's pediatrician acted but that's a different story. To lie to the pediatrician and say you didn't show me Claritin prescription and to not even call downstairs so I wouldn't have to walk back to her office and sit for 15 min hearing her say I accused her of writing a prescription. I happily switched to Community pharmacy ( I love their customer service by the way I order vitamins). I have no idea why I never asked them to switch us. I'm so tired if the attitudes given at this pharmacy. CVS gives the sass but it's a tad better their but Apex is just nasty. Moving on after the nonsense they put me through they showed me the right medicines but had an attitude when I only wanted to purchase one of the medicines. Adobbo should move Community Pharmacy which is across the street upstairs.
