I've never seen such horrible service to get to the clerk, it will take you 3 hours, it's called service, I had a problem, I just don't have anyone to talk to, and when they do answer in case, they don't even try to help you, really disgustingRegarding the fuel, they fill 3/4 and write that it is 100 percent full, but in general it is not, and this is how they celebrate the customer, it is also very nice to see more disgust

The usual car rental , Avis overall, is consistently good . I wish the car were a little cleaner.Can be pricey on certain days

The jeep compass that I got at 2:00am wasn't clean, smelled of smoke and the license plate holder rattled uncontrollably.

Please make sure when you pick up the Avis vehicle and it is not something you’re familiar with like an electric vehicle that you don’t receive it and if Avis doesn’t know how to identify a customer who requested a regular car from someone who requested an electric vehicle then you might need to go to someplace else.Don’t put yourself in danger by renting an electric vehicle and if you’ve never driven one before it’s like giving somebody a horse or camel they need to get it together

Just rented from Avis at JFK Airport - no wait to get the car, was given a brand new vehicle - return was seamless. Cannot ask for a better experience.

Horrendous COUNTER STAFF! I will NEVER be coming here again, even if I fly into JFK, I'll take a trip and go a little further to another location, rather than have to deal with the staff here. The only reasonable workers were the staff working the lot. They should trade positions with some of the counter workers like Almarene, who I don't even understand was able to get a job here. Bottom line is, the counter workers are extremely rude and dismissive to customers concerns and issues. I not only saw this happening to me, but other customers on line too. So I'm not taking personal offensive, I'm just saying in general I personally felt like this was a 1 out of 10 rating for me. The lot staff gave them that 1 point. If I'm gonna get called stupid by your workers and told to pay damn attention, when I have questions or ask for help, expect to receive a 0 rating score.

The Staff are polite and helpful.I always use Avis car and usually I enjoy them. But this time I got a durty car, with a bad wheel alignment and with less than half tank of fuel. But I did not have problem as when I returned the car they was able to solve the problem with out any problem.I just think you should improve your cleaning process and with the care of the car.
