Just kindly placed a call from the Medical Spa that I work at to call in a prescription for a patient and the woman Jessica at the pharmacy was unnecessarily extremely rude.She asked me why I did not electronically send this prescription and when I told her it was it was because this is a Medical Spa and not a Doctors office she said “mmm right”. She also added that it is electronically only.I’d like to add that I have never been told this from a pharmacy due to the fact that they know this is a MEDICAL SPA NOT DOCTORS OFFICE.Furthermore, she called me back within 5 mins and asked for me then said “your prescription was from a physician, correct?”. I took this as her insinuating that my call could have been invalid even though I provider her with the NPI number.

I have active insurance. I went to the pharmacy few times the guy who in the drop off counter he don’t have a knowledge about insurance. All ways he telling my insurance is not active.the same insurance I am using in the Riteaid.

I am a regular customer in cvs this breach but last 5 weeks every Thursday I go to cvs because the bus will be come . They never give me hand sanitizers they are refusing me and said no hand sanitizers come but some few minutes later I saw the staff in cvs are passing each other. So if I am a staff of this cvs I get the product otherwise I didn’t get any essential product . I am very upset. I have three little kids.

Worst waiting experience. Not coming back. Anytime you come here, it's a 30-60 minutes waiting with a several times of reminder. They have this common dialogue,"please wait 30 minutes." If you go back to check, they will again say, "they are working on it, please wait 30 minutes!!!" One reason i gave them 1 star-- they have improved seating limits. It was 2 in the past on the old location, now they have 5 seats for waiting patients. And about the phone calls: don't even think about it. It will take you to the end of the world, but you won't be answered.!!!

This pharmacy doesnt pick up phone calls. Been waiting for 20mins to speak to a pharmacist but nobody picks up the phone.

Prescription sent at 6:00 called at 9:00 they said 30 min came at 10:30 they said 15 min now 11:20 and still not ready.

The Pharmacy were great! The front male african american cashier, I had purchased a product, but I did not have the CVS card, for a discount, so I ask him politely if he had one at the register, which many times, they have them at the register, but with the poor customer service, he said: "Go on line and get one", I said; is like that how you get one, okay,"He came out and said; "YES, Is like that" I said thank you and left the store.I believe he was a stock clerk and they called him to the front to work the register. So he was at the register with a Attitude. If management going to hire poor judgemental, customer service, you will loose customer's. I bet if it was a female, he would gave her the card!
