Be very careful they makeup repairs, I want in for a inspection and they told me it didn't pass because I needed brakes, so went to a different repair shop and they said that i would need brakes in the future but not to pass inspection, I feel that it's kind of a shakedown and they use a scare tactic to bring in business. I want my $21.00 back, "What s waste of time"

I've been dealing with this local auto repair shop for a few years and I have to say they have been fair, friendly, reasonable quotes, quick turn a round on exhaust repairs for me. I own a local business in kenmore and was thrilled to talk to Tom on a Sunday about my motor on my Jag xf supercharged. Car needs rails and tensioners and possibly new timing chains and phasers. No word yet on a quote. I gave them the car two months ago even though tom said they were backed up with repairs and mine would take extra time and effort. I told them to take their time as I don't drive the vehicle that often. They have been great to communicate with and even nicer to keep my car indoors most of the time. I've been in business 38 years and always got back what I gave out......Honesty,credibility, good prices, knowledgeable service techs vehicle care ......... I've recommended Valu muffler/genesis to a few customers and not one had any thing bad to say about this business.
This is why I deal locally..... the dealer wanted over 15k to fix my car!
