I went to the store for a money order. First of all, there was a huge spill right in front and no one cleaned it or had a wet floor sign up. I was speaking to the cashier and out of no where an older worker intervenes and starts yelling “No Money Order!” repeatedly. I asked the cashier to check anyway, but the older guy starts yelling even louder from the top of his lungs. He just didn’t want to give me the money order because there was a line. He even assumed my ethnicity and started behaving extremely rude and racist. Very disgruntle low-life 7-11 employee and unprofessional. He should not be working with people at all. I hope management sees this and takes action against him. No one was even talking to that older guy in the first place. I asked for the manager but the manager never responded my call. Incident date/Time: 11/30/2024. 5:00pm.

Worst seven eleven I’ve ever been too, never has not food, couldn’t sell tobacco for a long time, low snack quantities in general, honestly idk what else to call it but a fake 7/11, literally in name only, waste of time when you actually need a 7/11, absolute joke.

This establishment has a worker that yelled in my face as soon as i walked in with my two kids to buy them a candy. As soon as i came inside he is yelling that free slurpee no more you cant come in here so i said excuse me im here to buy something. You do not yell at anyones face when they enter your store. I have never been so disrespected and in front of my son who was holding my hand asking why did that man yell at us. The cashier tried to calm me down and tell me she will give me a cup if i want a slurpee to please not report him but its too late for that. The man did not want to give me his name after i asked multiple times, he mumbled Tamal or Tamil i am not sure but i took a picture for reference the owner can reach out to me if he wants to know who it was. Never spending money in here again!!! And by the way my cousin who works with 7eleven as a client told me they are not allowed to cut people off from free slurpee day. It is until end of business day so i will contact corporate. I do not care about free slurpees but no one will yell in my face and think that is okay.

I felt so discriminate in this place I was in front on the line and this guy made me go back to the end of the line even when I was telling him I was here first he didn't even look at me he has a nasty attitude..

Staff here are chill with me, I have yet to see them behave with someone negatively during my visits. Maybe it's just a regular customer vs non-regular customer issue. The lady working here helped me set up a 7 rewards account which was really helpful since I get some goodies from time to time

I go to this location all the time since it's close to the LIRR station. Today, an employee made a point of loudly berating a man whose card was declined over a $2 coffee. She asked what his job was and why he wasn't making enough for a coffee, embarrassing this man for whom English was not his first language. All over $2. I paid the man's coffee but that was so uncalled for, uncomfortable, and unacceptable.

The store needs to keep a more positive individual at the counter especially at night. The current individual sucks.Happy to see new staff, the SriLankan lady for those who don't know. Akka. She is a special person and treats everyone nice. Giving 5 stars for overall experience. Keep up the good work.
