On my home from Philly to Quebec, my brake caliper got stuck. I was really desperate to find a solution and wouldn’t you know it someone sent over to this shop. They took my car right away, and proceeded to replace the rear calipers, the discs and the pads in about an hour. They had all the parts and the time to do this, and that is truly awesome. I can not thank them enough, without them I don’t know what I would’ve done. I was able to safely return and do an 8 hours drive right away after the new parts have been installed. Outstanding service, outstanding quality of work and great parts quality. I was even able to watch the mechanic replace the parts and talk to him as he did it. I would highly advice to visit this shop !!

Went without an appointment because my tire lost a lot of air overnight. Xavier welcomed me with a smile and was happy to help me. My tire was fixed and I was pleasantly surprised that the bill wasn't overwhelming ?

Worst customer experience at your Kingston NY location. Made an appointment for 10am and waited for 3 hours. After inquiring about my car suddenly I'm up next. My car had not even been touched!! Meanwhile a customer before me made her appt for 1130am and she's out in an hour!! What is the point of giving the option for customers to make appointments if their appt time won't be honored!? I understand it gets busy and they get backed up but to wait 3 hours before my car is even touched is unacceptable! Not to mention it seems they pick and choose which customers they want to assist first!

I came in with a tire with 2 nails in it. The staff originally said they had a tire in my size and gave me the price I agreed to it. Then the mechanic came out and said they were able to patch the tire and save me at least 100$. I really appreciated them going with the option that was best for me not their pockets. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I went to the shop around noon, (didn't have an appointment) to see if I could get 4 new tires put on my vehicle, and an oil change. I explained to the tech that I had to be out of there by 2:30 because I had to pick up my daughter at school. The gentleman said that would be no problem and that the work would be done before 2:30. I said ok, and left my vehicle there. I returned at 2:30 and noticed my vehicle was in the bay with the hood up. I said to the tech that like I mentioned before needed to be out of there by 2:30 so if the oil change was the hold up I would get that done another time. He said to hold on while he went and checked on my vehicle. He returned 20 minutes later and said "I apologize but the tech got sidetracked and your tires were never put on". Another 10 minutes later, I had to leave to go pick up my daughter without the new tires that I went in for. I'm shocked and disappointed that my vehicle was there for almost 3 hours and never got the tires put on, especially since they assured me that they would have the work done in plenty of time. Would not recommend this place.

Do not come here if you have anything to do ever!! Over three hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. I'm not even the only person that's been here that long. These guys are awful, but stupid and slow is what you get when you live in Kingston. The most unambitious lazy town in America.

brought my car there to get my new tires put on and i got a alignment and balance, payed drove my car and there's a little vibration at low speeds so i don't think anything of it. about a week later i'm driving going about 70 and it feels like my wheels are gonna fall off. my mom was following behind and said it looks like my back wheel was wobbly going down the road, sure enough i put my car on jack stands, spin the tire that was questionable and the wheel was put on like sideways, as if the bottom bolts were all tightened first then the top and the wheel was not snug with the hub of my car!!!! my wheels could have fallen off im sure of it, after i saw that i took off the other 3 wheels and on one of my front wheels the hub centric ring was missing causing more vibrations, i know for a fact all 4 wheels had rings before i brought it to them. i ended up buying new rings and put the wheels on THE RIGHT WAY and the vibration is gone. if anything you get from this story don't go here!!!! go do some more research and find a reputable place

This facility Managed by Randy has been of great help to me. The front mgr Louis and the Mech Tech Raul were excellent, working together to resolve not very visible problems with my car and correcting previously missed areas that should have been addressed at different facility. They were methodical and persistent in seeking and correcting the problems. I am grateful and would recommend this Mavis facility to others and don't have enough words of gratitude for the diligent service and friendly, courteous and informative service that they provided.Thank you Louis and Raul and the management of Randy.

Brought my car in for 2 new tires and an oil change. 20mins later they call me telling me I need brakes I declined. 15 mins later they call me saying my tire valves are seized. They then gave me the option to either get new over priced Tpms sensors or the plain rubber valves. I then was forced to buy new valves dude to the fact that they broke them and wanted some extra cash on commission. This place wants nothing but the money in your pocket. Obviously I can't prove that they did this but I'm a mechanic who deals with schrader valves every day and that will never happen ever.

Great people and service! I took my car in for an engine tune up (spark plugs, coil packs, etc.) and now no more misfire! I also had them replace the entire exhaust, do an oil change, and replace the headlight bulbs. Specifically Russel and Randy at the Kingston location made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and kept me informed without using all the confusing mechanic “jargon” I’ve heard in the past.I am a young woman and I have always feared being taken advantage of in mechanic shops, but not here! I’ve never felt uncomfortable and pressured in any way when I’ve come here and I am always happy with the friendly staff, honest quotes, and competitive pricing. I’ll never take my car anywhere else!
