Spent $1000 on a washer and dryer and both were unfixable within less than a year. There’s no warranty, no refunds. We’ll never spend our money here again.

Bought a used dryer after being assured it worked. It was missing the lint filter which they said had been ordered and was due to come in any day. I took the dryer home and waited. After almost 2 weeks of waiting I ordered the lint filter through Amazon and got it in 2 days. Then I tried to use the dryer. The timer knob didn't work properly for 2 out of 3 possible settings. I called and a service call was set up for a Saturday. I was away and drove nearly 2 hours to be at the house for the service call. No one showed up or called to cancel. By that time the shop was closed for the weekend. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this place. I spent $325 for a dryer that doesn't work correctly.

Absolutely the worst place in the world to buy any used appliances they don't stand behind their product bought a refrigerator had three or four problems with it I called them they would not return my calls have no customer service at all

Save yourself the time and choose a different service company. On our 2nd fridge and having the same ice/freezer issues and trying to sell us another one.
