I called Linamen's at 8:15 am the day after our washing machine broke at 8 pm in the middle of a spin cycle the previous day. They took down my address and said someone would call before coming. At 8:45 am, they called to say they'd be to my house in 10 min (they just finished a job near us). Howard arrived, heard the noise the washer was making and diagnosed the problem as either a motor or transmission. He took apart the washing machine, had the motor needed on his truck and installed it. Once he ran the washer, he determined that the motor was the bad part and closed up the washing machine. He explained why the motor was bad and shared some info on our washer to let us know it's lasted a long time, but is built well. He was in and out in 30 min and our washer has worked great ever since his visit. Howard is the owner and service tech. It's obvious that he knows his appliances well and his customer service is phenomenal. He's a friendly, reasonable person that knows his craft and is better than you could imagine. I highly recommend using Linamen's for your appliance repairs.

Very happy with the service he provided fixing my dryer. Howard was very professional and was able to come to my house less than 24 hours after I called. My husband first called sear appliance repair when our fridge started acting up, and they said they wouldn't be able to get to us for a week, so after a quick search, I called Linamen's. It took just a few minutes to describe the issue, and they told me how to fix it myself when Sears was going to charge us $100 just to diagnose the issue!This is not just good customer service from Linamen's, it's also a kindness that was very much appreciated. You can be sure I'll be calling them again if we need appliances repaired.

Shady business, First time calling him ever, told me over phone that he knew exactly what was wrong and could fix it in 5 mins but it wouldn't be cheap. (I was willing to pay fair services) Then tells me I'm to far from his service area but for enough money he might come out. I've been battling this dryer for weeks and work full hours and he hung the solution to my problem in front of me very smuggish. Poor practice. Exploitation. Arriogant

We had an unfortunate issue with our dryer last week, had 15 people in our home for the week and desperately needed a dryer! We’re SO very grateful for Howard! He was able to fit us in, diagnose, and fix the dryer quickly! (small pencil had fallen into lint outlet and made horrific noise!) Outstanding in experience, skill, and kindness.

Bro you quoted us 328 dollars for a 30 dollar part on amazon. We're thankful for the diagnosis but you've just been found out. You can't do this to people. You wouldn't tell us what the part was that needed replaced, because you didn't want us to call another repair shop only to find out the part was 30 bucks on amazon. 328 dollars man. You know how hard times are right now and you're trying to do this to people who already have a broken dryer. You can't do this to people.
