Hire employees who are actually pleasant and greet customers. I walked in, your employees did see me, but never said a word to me. I walked around to shop, but left empty handed because I felt like I would be “disturbing” them.

Had the best experience in a Maurices store. The employees at this store are so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a return and also bought a few items and they helped me use my coupons and rewards for the greatest savings.The store is very organized, clean, and the displays are beautiful. They are constantly sanitizing, especially fitting rooms after they are used. Checkout was very quick and easy. I would highly recommend this Maurices store in the Chautauqua Mall!
