(12/26/2022) Open during blizzards which definitely shows a dedication to our community. Not 1 tim hortons was open, but this 711 was open with FULL SERVICE which undoes any gripes i may have had in the past.

The older woman working at night was the most miserable person I have encountered in a while. I had a Doordash order, and she kept the place locked and literally wouldn’t answer the door for 10 minutes after I pounded on the doors and called support. She was also very rude when she let me inside. She should not be working there, she is horrible

Older cashier with a rounded back steals from the people turning in winning scratch off tickets. Not the first time I've heard of it happening at this location and just had it happen to me

Called to find out if they have worms for fishing. The person that answered the phone today (4/3/2022 at 1:30 PM) was so pleasant and upbeat!! Kudo's to this person.... She's awesome!!

I waited patiently at register while two cashiers chatted incessantly about an email the one girl was reading aloud. Very loudly.Finally, “Are you using a card?” The girl said to me. “Yes, I am.” No, can I help you. Only taking cards at this register. No service.During the whole transaction the blond girl waiting on me was very loudly reading off some personal text. The other cashier, short, colored hair laughing ignoring her customers. Finally my cashier hands me a receipt and I said. “You know you were really loud voicing personal information in front of customers. That looks really bad. “ The other cashier laughed.I hope their manager sees this. Such bad service.Post script: The Manager Colleen said that behavior was OK, when I called about the poor customer service.

Colleen is the best. She pisses excellence even on bad days! I doubt anyone could beat her in a game of wits, and I am confident that she would be able to learn Spanish in just a few minutes.

Just as all the stores, great pricing and nice employees.They should call the store 24-Seven.I remember when it was open from 7am-11pm way back then, go figure.

I went to this 7-11, the 5821 Broadway, Lancaster, NY location, at 2:54 am on Sunday 6/26/22 to pick up a Door Dash order. I arrived and went to walk in and the door was locked but all the lights were on and there was a car parked at the gas pump but no one was in it. I knocked on the door but there was no response. I checked the location online to verify it was supposed to be open 24 hours, it was. I had the option to cancel the Door Dash order and report the location was closed and head home as my shift was done, but I got nervous that something might be amiss, having read stories, seen news reports, and heard firsthand from my son who is a Homicide Detective in the Bronx, where a convenience store was robbed late at night and the clerk ends up tied up in a walk in cooler or back office; hurt, raped, and/or possibly murdered. So I called the store number and after it rang unanswered, a gentleman cut in (while the ringing continued in the background) and asked if he could assist me. I explained the situation and expressed my concern that something might be wrong and he put me on hold. After almost 5 minutes, I noticed a woman as she approached the door inside and unlocked it and walked behind the counter. The man got back on the phone and apologized and started to explain he couldn't get through to the store either but it should be open and I explained that someone inside came and unlocked the door so I guess everything was ok and we hung up. The woman walked behind the counter and went to fiddle around somewhere without ever acknowledging me. I called out to her that I was picking up a Door Dash order and explained I had become concerned when I found the situation I had encountered. She responded in the nastiest tone "Well I have stuff to do!" I tried to explain nicely that I was concerned something bad might have happened to whoever was supposed to be working and she cut me off saying in an even nastier tone, "Like I said, I have other stuff I have to do." She literally 'tossed' the bag with the Door Dash order in it on the counter and walked away. I left shaking my head thinking of the saying "No good deed goes unpunished!" This lady needs to find a job that doesn't require she interact with customers! Just saying as someone who has worked as management in the customer service field for over 30 years.

I've come to the conclusion that if and when something changes and or something exciting happens while I'm there ...my review of activity will be written then and anything that would lead up to the knee slapping situation I promise to give you the Plat by Play ..without any censorship.
