This is a good DQ! The guy working the register this morning is polite and welcoming and efficient, the food is hot and tasty or cold and tasty, depending, I'd return whenever I get a hankering for DQ.

I have been going to this Dairy Queen for a very long time and my experience today is what will no longer make me a customer!!! Me and my mom love(d) to go and get Vanilla milkshakes. Something you should know if my mom is severely allergic to chocolate and luckily today I tried mine out before she did because we had BUTTERFINGER pieces/chunks in our milkshakes...after I said to the drive thru cashier there needs to be a clean wash with the machine before mixing them due to a severe chocolate allergy!!! DEFINITELY will NOT be going back, absolutely sickening that they thought it was okay to do that and nearly kill my mother ???

Blizzards are always an easy choice!They are crushing it. I get a turtle pecan blizzard with added heath and I love it!They are reasonable and the kids love it too!

This was one of the most bizarre drive-thru experiences I've had. After talking into the "place your order" speaker several times, loudly, I thought maybe it was broken and drove straight to the window. Stopping at the window only furthered my confusion, as I yelled, beeped at, and waved my hands trying to get Charles to look up from his phone and realize we were waiting. When he finally put down his phone, to get back to the job he was being paid for, he seemed annoyed we had taken him away from adding to his screen time. The rest won't come as a surprise...anything we asked he had an attitude about. Is the speaker working to order? Yea. Well no one responded to us. Well, that's not my job. WOW Charles! After these very professional responses, I decided we'd take another lap around the drive-thru and try to order again. Again no one answered, and again we were forced to deal with Charles. Again, after telling us it was his first day on the job, and the reason why he didn't know (or seem to care about anything), he was completely rude and seemed bothered by our presence. The ideal way to treat customers spending hard earned money at the restaurant you work out. I can't remember all the rude remarks Charles had while we waited for our blizzards, but I remember everything he said being shockingly rude. So much so, that I made sure to remember the name CHARLES for when I wrote this review. If we didn't love the ice cream so much, we would have definitely just left after he spoke to us with the level of arrogance and disrespect he did. This Dairy Queen location definitely needs to upgrade their employee screening process. If I return to this location, and he is the person involved in my order, I will ask for someone else or leave.

The service was great. There was only one man behind the counter and he was very kind and helpful to everyone that came in. Also he brought our food to us. What a nice surprise to encounter someone that actually enjoys and takes pride in their work. I do not know his name but we were there on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Give that man a raise! He deserves it.

Employees were very nice and polite. What was not nice was (probably a mistake) paid $2.50 extra for whipped cream and hot fudge barely got any , very disappointed.
