Can't even stay open to noon on Saturday. Closed the doors early. Yet another reason to get rid of key. Already changed my savings to another bank. Garbage bank does nothing for there customers. I'm done, been with them for years nothing but trash services. Do a better job key

They are wonderful at this location. The branch manager, Dave, was so helpful and kind on the phone answering my questions and assisting me. Even living out of the area, I’ve kept my accounts here because of the wonderful service I have received!

Super friendly, but the wait for simple banking during mid-day at the drive thru is absolutely crazy. Even without cars in line, expect 10+min. Super friendly service though!

Why don’t you fix your lousy atms. I put money in and I never got a receipt saying I put it in. Checked my account nothing. I will be suing by the end of the day if my money is not in my account.

This bank is terrible. I would not trust them with my money. You deposit money and then somehow you get hit with overdraft fees because the money goes missing and they dont know what happened. The branch doesnt seem to know what's going on, they are pleasant but incompetent. You can never seem to get a straight forward answer about anything, you could be waiting there forever for them to figure out what they did wrong to come back without an answer. They will hold YOUR money and you will not be able to use it. I had a family emergency after depositing all of my cash in the atm. They held it for over 2 days, I missed my flight and missed out on seeing a relative having surgery because they couldnt figure out what was going on with my money I put in the atm (after sitting there for 2 hours with my 1 year old.) Tons of fees ridiculous policies. The manager doesnt seem to care about people I got the vibe "that's too bad for you." I am extremely disappointed in this bank after being a great customer this is how they treat people. After banking with them for over a year, I will be taking my money to a bank I can trust!

I deposited three cashiers checks from M&T Bank. I was told they would be posted to my account the following day with no problem. Unfortunately they were placed on a 5 day hold to make sure they weren't fraudulent. Seriously? I went in to close my account with them because of this. Colleen went over and above to straighten things out and make sure my account was credited. I am very thankful for what she did.

Bank app isn't good, say account is at $300 and you buy something for $50 it will show $250 with $50 pending won't process for days then all of a sudden processes and you have $200 in account. Doesn't make sense. Was also told today that my account had a specific amount of money in it, I asked the teller if there was anything pending and they told me nothing that wasn't already taken from my available balance. So I withdrew enough to leave my account at $20 and checked the next day to find there was something pending and was overdrawn $50 that I didn't have to pay atm. This bank really needs to get it together, their process is flawed and they need to have a system that accurately displays its information so their customers aren't getting scammed into overdraft fees.

One of the slowest drive thru service's i have ever encountered... They rank right up there with mcdonalds drive thru, next time ill save myself 30 mins and just go inside.. I would say please fix this, but since the last negative review of 3 weeks ago, seems it hasn't been resolved.

Only reason I have key bank is because of my car. I go in today to pay my monthly statement. I left actual statement at home but have my license and ss card with me They spent five minutes looking for it and still can't find it. Then they have the audacity to ask me if i want to sign up for an account. I told them I would never come back here again if it wasn't for my card because apparently they can't even keep track of that so why would I have a second account. Don't bother with this bank never ever had a good experience and the tellers are not at all nice
