We got excellent deals on a range, a laundry center, and a range hood. Not without problems, though. The first range we received was very damaged; the glass front was smashed. How this got loaded on a truck without that being noticed is a mystery but we had to wait for a replacement. Our laundry center was perfectly delivered. Our range hood is defective in that it is burning out 20,000 hour range bulbs in about a month. It’s an installed piece so we just don’t have to time to schedule a repair. Also of note is that all our concerns were addressed expeditiously.

Was receiving a replacement for my original whirlpool refrigerator from Whirlpool, finally after 6 service calls for the same problem (food freezing on the two top refrigerator shelves)..One of the services calls entailed two "experts " from whirlpool headquarters supposedly and they informed me that this is the engineeeing style of the refrigerator and I was not suppose to put any freezerable products on these shelves!?! I asked why wasn't I told this when I bought this? I wouldn't have bought this refrigerator. No answer. I threw out at least 10 quarts of frozen milk during a 10 week period of time at 3.99 per quart. No reimbursement..Now back to the delivery crew. They are outside contractors and were timely, cordial and professional. Only problem is Orville's does not provide booties to prevent them from walking in my home with their shoes on. Disgusting.. I had to clean up my hardwood floors after they left.. Really? The only negative was the lack of covering on their feet.

My salesperson was so knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating! Washer and dryer were installed perfectly. The only problem I had was that they left the cardboard boxes sitting in my driveway as well as the packaging. The foam blew down the street because it was windy. I had recently broken my wrist and had to break down the boxes and carry them to the road on trash day. It would have been nice if they could have taken the boxes/packaging with them or broken them down for me. UGH!

I am very satisfied with the sales and delivery staff at Orville's. The door on the dryer I selected opened in the wrong direction for my use. Sales rep said the door can be reversed. A special team had to come to my home to do the changeover. When completed, the alignment of the door to the dryer was not flush. Service rep made notation to have Maytag send a replacement door that was adjusted to open right-to-left. That was in October, 2023. Haven't heard anything more to date (2/26/2024)
