Very happy with my lip/brow wax! Thomas is a talented brow artist, very professional and has a pleasant demeanor. He explains what he is doing the entire time. He demonstrates what areas of the upper and lower brow hair to be removed. Thomas applies a cooling cream that soothes my skin. Thomas finishes up the service with brow powder. My brows are more stunning then I expected! Will return!!

My friend went there for the first time to get some needed pampering and was told she couldn't come with her baby an infant because people didn't want to see her baby. Beyond rude and wouldn't recommend this place ever! Trashiest of services!!!! Shouldn't treat new mother's like that!!! ZEROOOOO STARS!!!

I came to get my nails done with my daughter. I was told by the girl in the front desk that it is by appointment only ( which is fine) but that I have to come alone and not with my child because some guests mine not like seeing my child! Unbelievable!!! Keep your appointment to itself, never stepping a foot there. Zero hospitality

I decided to try this place because my regular salon was booked. I was supposed to go for a mani/pedi... started with the mani. The lady was super rough, she pushed down my cuticles so hard that she cut me and then said that I probably already had that cut. She didn't trim the skin around my nails at all. She was on her phone the whole time. At one point she answered a FaceTime call!!!! I saw that the license on her workstation was four months expired... After she filed my nails she tried to start painting with nail powder all over my hands. I had to ask her if I could wash it off before she started! She kept messing up and had to remove the gel multiple times. I wouldn't let her touch my feet, after the manicure I was finished. Left a very unhappy customer, I will never ever go back.

I've had my nails done three times recently, the first time they were great, then the next two were awful. They were gel nails each time and the last two lasted about 3-4 days before they started to chip. It's always a pain to get an appointment there, seems like they only have a couple of technicians working at a time. They are not cheap by any means and I think I'm paying for all the fancy decor. Won't be going back

I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for my wife for her birthday for a Saturday at 1:45pm. Left 20 mins early and got caught in traffic, messaged the nail tech that I would be a few mins late since traffic was backed up and received no response. We get there at 1:50pm, walk in and the young woman at the counter greats us. My wife says hello, I say hello and that I'm dropping her off for her appointment. The young woman says, "well do you have an appointment?" I say yes she has an appointment. Little miss then says, "well you are 6 no 7 mins late and we can't see her. The technicians have time constraints." Well 2 of the 7 mins, we've been standing here and strangely enough you never mentioned anything about missing the appointment time when I made the appointment. At this point her tone has become sarcastic and quite snotty. I share with her that I messaged the technician at 1:45pm( my wife's appointment time) that traffic was backed up. Tone changes again, oh well let me go talk to her. She's gone 2-3 mins, comes back and says, "well she was with another client and didn't respond to your text." So you're telling me that the technician I scheduled an appointment with at 1:45pm was with another client at the time of my wife's scheduled appointment? Mind you I have scheduled a manicure and a pedicure and they were not to be done at the same time but rather back to back. Little miss then starts talking to my wife about making another appointment for next week and I say no thanks. I understand and appreciate time constraints, however, if the timing is THAT critical, perhaps that should be shared WHEN APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE. Either way, my wife won't be returning and rest assured that I will share this experience with everyone I meet. A poor first impression for a first and last time customer.

5 stars for Thomas, he does my brows there. I do want to come in for a mani/pedi service. The place is super clean and following all Covid protocols. Call for an appointment.

I've been here several times and was always satisfied with my basic pedi. Now that they reopened during the pandemic, I was finally able to schedule a pedicure, which I was really looking forward to as it was for my birthday. Unfortunately they are not currently accepting their gift cards (I was given one Jan 2020) I guess due to pandemic business arrangements, and they only accept cash. Ok. I got a text confirming my appointment the day before. I arrive on time for my appointment and the receptionist informs me she tried calling that morning to tell me they had to cancel my appointment because the nail technician was not available. The receptionist said my voicemail "wasn't set up to take messages." That's not true, so I asked her to call my phone right then and there, and then she realizes the issue is that their phone can't call my number because my cell phone is out of state. SERIOUSLY??!!! In this day and age, nonlocal mobile numbers are just as common as local area codes. Meanwhile, I've driven 45 minutes just to get there. Not to mention, they've never had a problem calling my same number in the past to confirm appointments. I realize this is just another "first world problem," but I was so annoyed that this receptionist wouldn't have the common sense and courtesy to realize that I would have no idea my appt was canceled because their archaic phone plan wouldn't dial my phone. Ridiculous. Lame. Bu'bye, I'll find another nail salon.

I'm so sad. I had a great experience and relaxing time here. My gel manicure started chipping not even 24 hours after getting them done.

So I had my appointment on Wednesday July 1st for a basic pedicure. The lady who did my nails was very nice and her equipment looked clean/organized. She told me prices had changed and the basic pedicure is $30 or the deluxe was $57 I believe. She told me I can pay for some services separately, so the scrub or if I wanted the callous treatment I can get those added to the basic. I ended up paying $47 w/ tip, my pedi came out nice nothing amazing. The reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars is because 3 days later I got a toe infection where she was cutting the edge of my nail to "shape it,"also the price seemed a little high for what I got.

I went to the Nailbar for about two years. the technician's name was Patty. The only problem was she was so booked , if you missed your appointment you were out of luck until your next appointment. So I started going to another girl there Tonya. Oh my God. She has the worst mouth of a trucker. Every word out of her mouth was the F bomb including the two young ladies on each side of her. I don't know about you but I am old school and that's not what I expect from a place of business especially when you're paying large amount of money to get your nails done. And FYI beware, this is the trend they're at the Nailbar. She also charges a $20 deposit which then rolls over to your next appointment, just in case you cancel, you lose that money. So I gave her enough notice to cancel My next appointment it was almost 2 weeks notice, she had plenty of time to rebook with someone else in my spot.I did not wanna go back to her nor there ever again,So obviously she kept my $20 and said if I didn't rebook in 48 hours she keeps the money my money.. I explain to her that that's not the way she explained it to me. I gave her enough time to cancel so basically with every client that she gets she gets an extra 20 spot on top of the high price that she charges for her nails. I told her that she needs to post a sign at her station to explain it in full detail so people know what they're getting into.I thought about discussing this with the owner there, but I was told the owner is just as bad. She'll allows the girls to run that place like a low budget gangster town. As far as I'm concerned for the high prices that they charge ,why put yourself in that type of position or atmosphere. It has gone down hill Please I don't get me wrong there are a lot of wonderful technicians that work there , and I'm sure their clients would prefer to go somewhere else and follow their technicians wherever they go. too bad so sad.

Upon coming into Palmdale nail bar and beauty lounge, I was surprised to see such a nice establishment for the area and was extremely excited to try it out ! I had Erica (owner) do my eyelashes and she was great very friendly and welcoming but her staff are horrible yikes. I had about 10 eyelashes fall out the first day and by the second day extreme shedding. I called the shop to find out if this was normal which it wasn't so they scheduled another appointment to fix it with Tyler. After the fix with Tyler I was told they were put on incorrectly and that they were overlapping each other at angles causing the inconsistency In the lashes. The following day I had eyelashes flipping into my eyes, falling down and out again! At this point I'm hung up on multiple times by crystal the receptionist. The manager was very late to respond. The staff are amateur and it's sad that the owner allows for this behavior to happen, I highly doubt she would run her business like this but I can't even get ahold of her. They are serving liquor without a liquor license and from the clusters of eyelashes being overlapping back to back I have inflammation to my eyelids and infection. Once the inflammation is gone I will have to spend more money to have it correctly done and I already had to pay someone to remove them. I had a great impression by the owner but the staff changed my mind entirely, they seem to not understand there destructive behavior is dragging the establishment down!

I've had a few appointments here and been very happy. Sadly, today was a different story. I made an appointment for a basic pedicure for 12.30pm. I arrived at 12.25pm and was told to take a seat. I let the girl at the front know I was on my lunch hour (I've been here before and a basic pedicure takes 30 mins so plenty of time) At 12.40pm I'm asking what's going on with my appointment. At 12.45pm my manicurist comes to the front, I let her know I'm going to have to cancel as I don't have time now, and I thought their policy of "you must have an appointment" was to avoid customers having to wait? At that time the girl at the front really gave me attitude which I didn't appreciate because I wasn't late - what made it all worse was the manicurist who was supposed to be doing my nails was working on the nails of the other girl who checks in customers :-/
