Every time I come to this place I have an awful experience and leave the nail salon unhappy with my nails. This time I left and the powder was and still is all over my hands and around the sides of my nails. I’ve been getting powder on my nails for probably 4 years now and they have never looked worse than they do right now. If I wasn’t in there for 2 hours already I would’ve asked them to be fixed but instead I just left unhappy. After this experience and my previous ones, I will not be returning.Services: Nail painting

3.5 rating. Pros: price ($30 for a gel mani) + they took me in as a walk-in + open on Sunday. Cons: I felt rushed throughout the experience, the skin/cuticle removing portion of the manicure lacked detail and gentleness, the hand massage at the end lasted about 2 seconds. This may be my personal preference but given that I value attention to detail and care, I found this experience to be meh.

New to the area and this was my Second time at this salon and the second time my toe nails have chipped the same day. MY TOE NAILS!! Toe nail polish would usually last until it grows out. I did give them another chance. I also don't enjoy arguing with the technician about how I want my nails shaped. I don't really understand the argument about my preference for my nails. One of the other customers told me that if I get there before the rush, they will have more time to do a good job. Call me crazy, but I expect them to do a good job every time.

I am new to the neighborhood and this is the closest nail salon to me. I’ve been here about 5 times for gel manicures & pedicures. I do think they do a decent job, however on all of my visits there was a clear discrimination of treatment in service and just overall courtesy and respect. I will not go into details because I am not here to bash but as a human being and fellow minority that takes pride in supporting small minority & women owned businesses I am sadden and disappointed by my last & final visit.Services: Gel manicures

If I had more time, I would’ve done a specialty pedicure instead of the regular! I was visiting my partners family from out of town and desperately needed a pedicure. It was quick, clean and a great experience. I would definitely come back! Wendy was spectacular.Service: Pedicures

What can I say top ten nails is amazing I suffer from ingrown toenails and have never had a problem there and have never had a pain again since I've been going to them regularly I've had dip nails regular nails I've had it all great massages waxing I can't say enough good things about this place, especially they're so clean so sweet and so on point! I have been in this industry owning a hair salon for years and this place does everything right.

Went on recommendation from friends based on price. First manicure was ok. Went again yesterday for mani/pedi. It was awful. Not clean. And came away with what looks like infection on foot as they scraped the top of my foot with heel scrubber. Never again. Pay more for better elsewhereServices: Pedicures

Ok so i had my nieces sweet 16 this weekend and was visiting my bf in New Rochelle. He took me.. and after we verified it was open... he took off. Wish I'd escaped when i had chance. At first glance/ convo you feel like they are sincere. I wanted extensions .. gel.. and pedi. She quoted $65 for nails, $35 for pedi. The pedi wasn't bad..i did ask for the green tea. But nothing special. Other salons really take the time to get the dead skin cells off.. scrubba dub dub. And they put that heel treatment on... Feet Come out like a baby's. But the Hot stone felt great. However the manicure was a wash. The design i wanted was $15 more. I declined. However The manicure was sloppy... she focused on color in the center..left & right off each nail was unpainted so i had to ask for her to go over each one. The I wanted a simple Anything on 2 nails...$5....smh. I'm paying over $100 and you can't wipe a line or 2 on two fingers??? You guessed it.. declined. So she finished up... i still gave her a tip (not as nice of a tip as I like to do) and i walked out. Ohhh and during manicure NOONE BOTHERED TO RUB A SHOULDER.. MUCH LESS 2. but I'm latina... the other ladies got the luv while I observed and I took mental notes. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN. I'll only go to my usual spot which was booked..ugh... ps... within a week my pinky goes were polish-deprived and my big toes had to be recolored by Sally Hansen. My mani???.... no comment. Let's leave it at COMPLETE dissatisfaction.

DOES NOT DO QUALITY WORK!!! I have been going to Top Ten Nails for years. I finally started going back (due to covid) and got a powder manicure. The same evening 2 nails chipped and each day thereafter the same happened to the rest of my nails with several of the polish popping off. (This never happens) Unfortunately I was away and could not go back till I returned which was today. I had called about the problem and requested they redo it and made an appointment. They refused to redo manicure for nothing and charged me 1/2 the cost and the person I spoke to had a very nasty attitude. I was outraged, there was clearly something wrong with the powder/original manicure and they would not stand behind their work. I told them if I pay half this would be my last time ever going there. So for $20 they lost a monthly customer! With all the nail salons in the area I would think they would want to keep all their regular customers they have and go out of their way to make people happy. It's something to think about!
