I called I spoke to a man named Lee trying to fix service issues because I signed up for Verizon eight days ago and my phone still does not work. I asked for help I I was told to just call the number there’s nothing he can do. He refused to give me his staff ID number and hung up the phone on me and will not answer the phone now Verizon and this location are scam artist.

Lee “the manager here” LEE, is a completely… not suitable for customer service person, he doesn’t like to do his job is not nice at all, whenever someone has a problem to solve he send people to other stores. He’s not a good image for the branch.

If possible, visit another store...No matter how many times I buy a new phone, they don't even give the usual phone case or screen protector that other stores provide free service... the customer service is so stingy and not friendly...

I don't know well, if he was an owner or staff. there was only one guy and his customer service was horrible.... there are so many other branches with so much nicer staffs and services.

The best experience I have ever had in Verizon. Shawn the gentleman who helped me and my fiancé made it so easy and quick. He advised on which phone would be better for us. If i ever have to go back to a Verizon it will be this one.

I've been going to this store since it first opened and have been buying phones from here for my whole family. I went there a few days ago to upgrade my phone for my family and it was very clean. The store is also very large which made it possible for me to be distanced with the other incoming customers. The person working there is always kind and is able to help me everytime. They also have a parking lot which is always convenient.

Entered the store with plans to switch from att to verizon. I approached the korean man at the counter to ask about plans and promotions but he didn't seem too interested. He gave me a plain 'oh it'll be about the same price as what you're paying at att'. Gave him an equally plain 'thanks' and walked out. Maybe I came in too late in the day and he was already in his run-out-the-clock mode. Who knows. Won't be going back to find out...

Wish I could give this place less than 0 stars. I went to get my phone checked out and the guy there, who carried himself like the manager or owner, damaged my phone. He tried to act like nothing happened, then he tried to act like it was no big deal and was talking down to me the whole time. I tried to keep my cool but I wouldn't trust my phone with this place again and I regret giving them my business.
