I have been a customer with laser express for over a year now. The staff is extremely nice understanding and works with you If there is an issue and usually offers u a one time pardon if you need to reschedule an appointment at the last minute. I've tried other technicians and were great but I love the way Miranda does my laser hair removal she is gentle very informative and takes her time with you She is also very friendly and polite so I stick with her. But aside from that the prices are amazing I have been looking for somewhere to do my laser hair removal for a few years and everywhere I've checked the prices have been over the top and very expensive but laser express is definitely the best place if you're looking for some looking for Quality but affordable prices and services this is the place you should definitely visit.Service: Laser hair removal

I’ve been going here for just over a year, and I’ve seen great results. I always hesitated when trying out laser places due to my darker complexion. I've been burnt at other facilities, but their laser has never burned or irritated my skin. The staff is always professional and helpful.

I've been coming to this place since 10/21, and I had an appointment that I was 6 minutes late for because of a rain storm that happened as I was driving. Literally car crashes and even an abandoned car on the highway caused traffic that I couldn't avoid. Miss lady at the front desk told me I had to reschedule, even though they have no lateness policy (her words). Why am I rescheduling for being 6 min late? Even if you are fully booked how is it that you're seeing someone within my time window? If I had been 15/20 min late, or even 10 min late, I would have understood to be honest, but driving one hr in a rain storm (so that I do not have to cancel last min) to be told that because I was 6 min late, I could not be seen not only made me feel inconvenienced, but disrespected. I have spent a lot of time, and $$ , even told my friends about this place and my progress, but I will no longer be going here. Never in my life have I had to stand up to a damn appointment lady but the excuses as to why I couldn't be seen because of a 6 min delay was something that I cannot accept. It's absurd.

Since starting over the summer I have definitely seen a difference. Especially for someone who has sensitive. It takes getting used to but it goes by quickly. Hair is now scarce and minimal. I plan to complete my sessions at the laser express center.Service: Laser hair removal
