Reserved U-haul track a week in advance. When we came to pick-up the track, Bob’ office was closed.U-haul territory manager tried but could not get in touch with Bob’ office.We finally went to U-haul facility at Bellerose, which is 5 miles from Bob’ Automotive Repairs.

Used this facility for U-Haul services. The owner was extremely rude and could not effectively communicate parking requirements ahead of time and threatened to have my car towed although employees gave other representations of parking.

I would rate this a 0! i booked this guy directly from Uhaul site and even spoke with him to tell him I would be there on a sunday at 9:30am to pick up truck i rented and he said fine. went there only to find it closed and he didn't answer door or phone. so called Uhaul cust svce and told now had to go to bellerose to pick up truck, and when got there, computers went down so had 2 hr wait. and in the bellerose location, they kept disavowing any responsibility for this Bob's place even though he comes up on THEIR Uhaul site as avail to book. Repeated calls to Bob's have gone unanswered. I fully intend to file a complaint w/Better Bus Bureau. what type of non-service is this?
