Look no further than Jack and Manahasset Jewelers if you want a professional and trustworthy expert with great humor and courtesy. I’ve been searching for a watch for over a year. I found him on line and I live in the Midwest. Not only was he extremely fair, he exceeded all my expectations. We spoke and conducted our business like I was in the showroom. He did everything he said he would. The watch is extraordinary and I have a new jeweler. That is all because of Jack and his trustworthiness and integrity.

Jack is a wonderful jeweler. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have both purchased jewelry from him and used his store for repairs. He does not disappoint! Jack is the best. He’s a genuine person and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel 100% confident in your decision. We trusted Manhasset Jewelers for all our big purchases around the wedding (engagement ring, wedding bands and wedding gift) and couldn’t have been happier with the whole process and how they came out. I can’t say enough good things about Jack and Manhasset Jewelers.

Manhasset Jewelers is simply amazing. The staff and owner are so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Joyce is very friendly and will spend all the time in the world talking to you about your life and her life and all the beautiful products in the shop. I went in with a vintage gold and diamond ring that I needed resizing. The owner, Jack, was very approachable and let me know that because of the way the ring was constructed it would couldn’t simply be sized according to the sizer and it would be better to come in so that the jeweler would do it with me present. The jeweler, Luis, was amazing he took about 20 min out of his day to recut the ring several times so that I could try it on and make sure it fit correctly. And it it has a wood grain finish, so not only did Luis duplicate the finish, you couldn’t even tell it was cut! Jack told me to come by any time to have it cleaned. At manhasset jewelers they care about their customers and are extremely talented at what they do.

I saw many great reviews for Jack on Facebook and Google. I had been looking for a jeweler I could trust with my special pieces. Jack is all that I read about him. He's pleasant, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and more. My beautiful bracelets have been securely fastened and cleaned to pristine condition.

Excellent experience with this business many times over. Was able to have watches repaired that no one else could manage. I referred my father for a difficult repair of an old watch and he also had wonderful things to say about the service and the owner. Five stars!!!

If you're looking for a patient, trustworthy, expert jeweler, look no further. You have found the place that has something for everyone, at every price point, and the type of service you want when making such a large purchase.I came in just to browse and walked out with three sets of earrings. Jack was extremely patient, calm and soft spoken, and an absolute joy to work with. He let me take out almost every pair of earrings and not once did I ever feel pressured to spend more. He gave his honest opinions after hearing what I was looking for and never tried to push me towards something that cost more, just so he could make more money.In the end, I not only received exceptional service, but 3 beautiful sets of earrings at a price that is even better than I expected - and I don't even know him. He didn't owe me anything, so it is very clear he is here to provide quality products, great service, at a price that is fair for everyone.I cannot recommend Jack and Manhasset Jewelers enough. One visit and you'll know you found your jeweler for life. I can't wait to come back and find something new.

Working with Jack was amazing. He got a ring made that my fiance loves. He helped with design and engraving. I also was able to do some jewelry repair with him simultaneously- such a time saver! He also said we can come back anytime for a free steam. Wonderful experience and highly recommend Jack!

Jack came highly recommended years ago when searching for an engagement ring, and he has been my go-to jeweler ever since. He carries great pieces, and if he doesn't have something, he can certainly find it, or even customize something to your liking. Bonus points for the vintage items that make their way into the shop. Would give more starts if I could!
