I can't say enough about how helpful Luis at the Merrick Sprint store has been today! He was so informative & patient explaining all my options. This is definitely who you want to talk to!

Stephany is AWESOME... walk us through our new phones, made sure she found the best deal for our family! We pass 2 SPRINT stores to get to Merrick, and it is worth it for the customer service!
