While I don’t hold them personally responsible for my stolen purse. That got stolen Saturday 2nd of November 2024 between 4:30 pm to 7pm. I do hold them responsible for refusing to cooperate and show me surveillance footage. As a loyal client I feel let down, they are covering for a criminal, not proactive and I expect with that attitude more and more items to get stolen. I’m thinking of leaving the gym soon going to a safer gym where they respect their clients enough to cooperate.

The gym is well equipped with good machinery, all different types, with plenty of weight, maybe could use a few more but the place kept clean and each person do you get a clean new rag collect the machines down which is very handy and nice, polite and they have a nice snack bar And a lot of different leg machines that I like they have multiple power, racks and Smith machines and they have a track, They have all you need to get a great workout ??

After two years sidelined by injury, it great to find a vibrant environment with a varied and eclectic assortment of equipment options that allows to mimic or replace exercises and equipment that I no longer can perform or use.

Absolutely STACKED gym. Came here while out of town, they have everything a serious lifter could dream of having. Seal row bench, every specialty bar imaginable, countless racks, tons of specialty machines. Clean, respectful crowd, not too crowded!

I had an awesome experience today during my first personal training session with Brittany at Gold’s Gym in Middletown. She was patient and very encouraging. She also explained what the purpose of each machine I used is and that we will work together to help me meet my fitness goals.
