Had to wait over an hour to get my service going. The staff speak a mediocre english at best. Save some time, find a different tmobile brand or chose a different one.

IF YOU ARE IN THE 845 AREA PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS T-MOBILE STORE! MY DAUGHTER NEEDED A BATTERY FOR HER IPHONE 6. HE CHARGED US $35 cash only and no receipt for a "supposedly" new battery. Two weeks later the phone died completely. We took it to another T-Mobile store to see what was the issue. Come to find out they gave us a old used burnt out 2015 battery!!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS

PLEASE TRUST ME! DO NOT GO HERE! They are clueless as to what they are talking about. They are trying to charge me a bunch of money for retrieving my old number which is free. I called tmobile and they apologized and said to pay no attention to what these people are saying. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

It's a chinese couple or brother and sister that manages this T-Mobile store. They are helpful and I had to come back because of a screensaver they sold me had started peeling off in 3 days. But the girl at the counter gave me a new free one AFTER; asking me when I got the screensaver and called the guy who sold it to me, seeing my receipt the guy text to me and checking the computer to see when I bought it, asks me for the box knowing that when they put it on, they throw out your box as she JUST did with another customer before me and then tells me "its not our fault it comes off I will do one time for you" Keep your screensaver box so that when it peels off you can call the company to get another one. But overall, they are helpful.

Not very helpful, lack communicative skills. Had a better time calling customer service instead. Will not go back to this store ever again.
