Nicole coke is unprofessional doesn’t care for any of the customers time pushes customers needs to the side, this branch has the longest wait for anything even though they have more employees then any other branch I been too.

I enjoy going to TD bank to conduct business for my job. The tellers are very friendly and welcoming. However, There's one teller who lacks customer service. One day I went to withdraw money for people with developmental disabilities because I was going to be out on medical leave due to surgery. The teller looked at me and asked if I can't break up the transaction and return another day. I told her that I would not be able to answer that question. she stated everybody goes through stuff and it's mad early in the morning. I didn't responded and left after my transactions.

Horrible branch and terrible service today. The amount of time I had to wait was unacceptable and unconscionable. You don’t make people who are trusting you with their earnings in this fashion. The banking associate Nicole should be retrained on how to assist clients. The way I was treated today makes me want to switch banks because this corporation has no clue who they are employing and how they deal with customers. Go home if you don’t want to work. Save people time and effort.

Absolute worst experience EVER! The banks posted hours clearly state from 11-2pm. Upon arrival, it advises that the service for new accounts must be checked in by 1pm. For almost two hours we sat in the branch waiting patiently to be serviced only to be advised when we were called up to the desk that we had to schedule an appointment to be taken care of. The associate Nicole was very dismissive stating that over 20 people were waiting before me when that was inaccurate. I was checked in at 12:40pm well before bank closing hours and was messaged that I was 8th in the queue. The smart thing to do would have been to advise waiting clients to set up appointments when you saw they were overrun instead of telling people to schedule an appointment well after they have been waiting hours that they could not be serviced. You Nicole are clueless and have zero knowledge on how the client experience can impact future business. Making excuses instead of owning the challenge would have been better than just saying to visit a branch in another borough at my convenience. Today was convenient for me but you impacted two hours of my day with your ignorance and lack of awareness. Telling me it takes 40 minutes to set up a new account means nothing when I’ve been waiting close to two hours. You saw what your lobby looked like, tell your staff to have better and more effective time management procedures in place. Whomever the branch manager is DO BETTER because this location might as well close if this is how you will poorly staff your bank on a day you clearly have an increase in traffic. I run a business and could never ever turn a client away who made the conscience decision to patronize my establishment. Train your staff because their attitude is piss poor, lacks empathy and filled with a bunch of clock watchers. TD corporate needs to be aware of how this branch is being run. Just horrible.

Now I know why its 2.8. Purple hair Representative is horrible. So rude, no customer service skills. Kept on arguing with me instead of helping me, which Is her job. Now Representative Kevin is awesome he should get a raise and promotion. He went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. Which he did. Thank you Kevin!

Went in to get a letter notarized had my 2 kids with me. Nicole was super friendly, gave them a coloring book and crayons. Always get great customer service from this bank.

I was scammed with a check that at the end bounced. I went to the bank try to fix the problem even by paying back the bank. They still treated me like i was a criminal. Lack of experience I guess.

This has been my Bank for many years because it's in close proximity to my home . The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. Kevin, Brittany and Nicole are always willing to help with a smile. I recommend this institution ?

My wife tried to do a withdraw money from her own an account in the cashier because her card was locked and they didn’t accept her American passport as an identification. They said that an American passport it’s not a valid identification.

There should be a zero stars option. Not one single person, except myself was wearing a mask. I conducted business here and a man was coughing in the lobby. Low and behold now I have COVID. ? I should sue TD for endangering my life!!

Came here yesterday and was told by the Manger she would be there tomorrow to notarize my form. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told she was not there. Then told to go wait for someone else on the other side of the bank to help me . I left.

I walked into this branch to open a checking account At 1220pm spoke with the supervisor Jody-Ann she helped me check in the system to be seen by the accountant she had me wait several minutes just to tell me the accountants were not seeing anyone else for the day then had the audacity to ask me why didnt i open a account in Whiteplains it was very unprofessional as a supervisior she should of been better with her timing with her team & not had me wait just to tell me i couldn’t be seen.
