Always packed but can't go wrong with the 4.99$ roasted chicken or the 1.50$ hot-dog.They always have great deals like 12 croissant for 5.99$ and other baked good or pastries for cheap.Perfect place to fill up your pantry .They also redid the parking lot wich look nice.

I purchased meat from this location twice. NEVER AGAIN!! I purchased lamb chops and it had a expiration date which was circled I opened it prior to the circled date and it was spoiled. This time I purchased salmon with no expiration date I attempted to use it two days later and it was spoiled. I advise anyone please be careful their meat can make you sick or kill you.

I Purchased lamb chops at this location the expiration date was circled but it within the use by date. It was spoiled. The second occurrence it was salmon with no expiration date and it was spoiled. Please be careful of the meat and fish it could potentially make you very sick or kill you. I returned it. Thank goodness I was the cardholder or they would not refund my money. No one can bring it back on my behalf. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase any meats or fish from them!

Service has declined drastically. They harass you at the self checkout for having bulky items and treat you like a criminal if you have 2 carts, thinking you are steeling the membership. They tell you to go in the regular line after you have waited in the self checkout line . There are 3 people working at the self checkout line but they offer no assistance and want you to hi in the regular line . I spend a lot at Costco for my home and business , but don’t think they appreciate their members. The woman simply said you can cancell your membership if you don’t like it here. I won’t be spending my money here anymore.

Like typical Costco warehouses this one has good prices, helpful staff and even sells gas at prices 15 or more cents cheaper than regular gas stations.Then why the three stars? Because the store manager and those in charge of inventory need to step up their act. A lot of popular items are frequently out of stock. More so than in neighboring warehouses like Yonkers and Nanuet. Another problem is apparently unique to this New Rochelle location if we're here a few minutes before closing time We see l-o-n-g lines at the check out counters where tempers sometimes run high and checking out can take 20 or more minutes. Whereas with thinning numbers of customers there should be no lines and be out in under 5 minutes. The reason? About three fourths of the manned counters close, and also more than half of the self checkout stations. This is a lose-lose situation for all, including the warehouse, I'd think, since they still have customers till 30 minutes past closing time.

Employee must be trained on how to treat people. They are very nasty . I been there 2 times and the man at the front door has a nasty attitude. Also, there’s a lady heavyset Jamaican lady with white breeds also very nasty they need to be trained.They come from other countries and have nasty attitudes . If you don’t like your job, you should go back to your country where they have bananas hanging off the trees and coconuts. . Go back and relax maybe you won’t be so nasty

Although I enjoy shopping at Costco their policy about "if you're not the account holder "you're not allowed to use the membership card sucks...as long as you're spending money it shouldn't matter especially if your family member is disable...their advice was"have them (the family member)add you to their account "...having to go through all that just to shop is ridiculous...that's why bjs is a better shopping experience because they dont make you jump through hoops just to shop

Overall horrible Costco. BUT the optical department, ridiculous and disgusting ! RICHARD in the optical department is very nasty and rude. Does not know how to speak to customers. Went in just to get glasses adjusted and got there at 8:10. RICHARD told me they were closed. I said but you guys don’t close until 8:30 and it is 8:10. He was finishing up with other customers and just said he was busy and once he finishes with them he is leaving because they don’t get overtime. The way he said it was just so rude. A person like RICHARD should not be working with people. No one should he spoken to the way RICHARD spoke to me. Well, ill be driving an extra few minutes to a better location where I won’t be spoken to the way RICHARD spoke to me.

Going into Costco is like going to a candy store with your kids. They always have something interesting and new. I always say I'm just going to get a specific item(s), and I always leave there with more, and boy, the time flies. You have to go to Costco with plenty of time to spare. I love anyway.

Usually a madhouse but somehow they make it work. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful except for a few exceptions. Suggest going during the week early. Might want to avoid Sundays or maybe go later in the day. The gasoline savings are useful.

Update 4/26: updating to 4 stars because today actually wasn't bad and they had lots of new itemsCostco the place you go to loose brain cells. The products and prices are fine the people that shop there and the employees are horrible. People blocking pathways, bumping your cart, walking into you, and employees demanding to see your card like that does anything
