I came to pick out two wedding bands and they were extremely helpful in finding out what works with my budget. The sizing was off by a little but they were able to resize the ring on the spot until it fit perfect. Very underrated spot I’m glad my friend told me about it

Do not buy anything from this jewelry store they over price you by 1000 % they don’t go by the actual gold prices like any other store in all nyc basically scam you go somewhere else for quality stuff I was over priced by 2,000$ when I put something on layaway even tho I paid for it in full 2 weeks later basically by force because they didn’t want to refund me my down payment do not waste you hard earned money with schemers

I went in to get my ring resized and they were super helpful in making sure I had the correct size. They were able to size it down and get it back to me the next day.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Danny. He was incredibly accommodating, took my ridiculous request for same day repairs in stride, and delivered perfect result in a matter of hours, for a fair price. He was honest, knowledgeable, respectful and SO very kind. As a former jewelry professional (GG, AJP), I have very high standards for both workmanship and service, and I will definitely be returning to 21. Thank you!

I went to a highly rated Swiss watch repair place a few blocks away. They quoted me $450 plus replacement part costs to fix my Bulova Accutron. I left and happened upon 21 Jewelry on the way to the subway--it's right next to Century 21. The Owner Danny told me he'd send it out to his watch guy for a quote. The next day he called with a quote of $220 all-in. A day later he called that it was done. I came in to pick it up and it runs beautifully. Danny told me I get a 6 month warranty on it. I could not be happier that I happened upon his store!

I had to quickly pay college tuition and Danny offered exactly what I needed for my gold jewelry. I checked prices in the area, but it was the best deal. However, he was only able to give me 50% that day and asked me to return in two days. When I came back in a few days, he gave me another 50%, plus he rounded up a number$ in my favor. Very honest man!

Recently went to this jewelry store and the owner Danny was incredibly nice and gives very good deals on beautiful items compared to other stores. He works with your budget and gives you something better than expected. Usually always open and I definitely recommend purchasing your jewelry here!

This hidden gem(pun intended) jewelry store in lower Manhattan is a fantastic little shop for buying or selling Jewelry. No piece is too big or too small. There is zero pretentious attitude. The owner/operator Danny is an extremely fair man. I went to him looking to sell an old unused gold ring. He gave me a fair price. I slept on it, and returned the next day with a fair counter offer. We met in the middle. It was a pleasure dealing with a gentleman who responded to reason and a fair counter offer with decency and respect. Even though my item wasn't worth much money in the broader scheme of things, he never made me feel like I was a waste of his time or "small potatoes." Because of that, I will be returning to Danny and 21 Jewelry for gifts for my wife and mother and to swap watch bands and other various tasks. Long story short, DANNY IS THE MAN.
