“This store is such a charming place. Huge selection of singing bowls. The owner was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that he asked what my budget was and then helped me to try to find the best bowl that fit within that. He is incredibly knowledgable and easy to talk to and I am so happy with my singing bowl. Highly reccomend this place!”

“Anthony is shockingly honest. I have sold many items to him and I have never left without feeling guilty that he did not take enough of a cut for himself. He has referred me to other trustworthy individuals across the city. He should be the first and last place you visit.”
“Nelson & Nelson is a pleasure to do business with. They are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient and their prices are reasonable. Their craftsmanship on engravings and repairs is excellent too.”
“Loved this store! For its location right in the middle of manhattan, it feels like a hidden gem and very fairly priced. Small but cute clothes section, other collectibles, and furniture of course!”
“What a beautiful shop, full of rich history and guided by people who move through the world with deep passion and love for their community. Even before stepping inside Wing On Wo & Co, it was a delight to see the mural across Mosco Street, “In the Future Our Asian Community is Safe” created by multiple generations of community members and project spearheaded by the W.O.W. Project. The building itself is crowned with custom terrazzo parapet tiles at the top, blended with broken pieces of porcelain as a tribute to its recent centennial celebrations.
The family behind Wing On Wo & Co—Gary, Lorraine, Mei, and their staff—are such kind and welcoming people that being there truly feels like being at home. I picked up a necklace, charming chopstick rests, and beautiful postcards—this shop is the perfect place to find thoughtful souvenirs! My favourite piece from here however, is the purple fish vase that I love to keep my dried roses in :)
Beautiful, beautiful—a must-go and must-return spot in Chinatown, NYC!”
“Amazing selection with helpful and knowledgable staff - you never buy something without knowing what you're getting. Showed me ink samples, explained bits about my pen that I bought that i wouldnt have known otherwise. So good i came twice in one trip. Absolute reccomend! Margaret was extremely knowledgable. Go here!”
“Biggie's is great! The owners are super lovely and run it themselves. Their dog, Biggie, is super cute. Often there's people playing chess outside- it's pretty rad.
Inside is a vintage lovers paradise, or more specifically, a vintage smokers dream. They specialize in refurbishing old lighters, ash trays, and smoking sets. Trust me, they're awesome. If you're not a smoker, they have old magazines, game sets, and old-style soda. If you'd like to become a smoker but are scared, they have candy cigarettes. Sick!
Anyway, I like to pop by whenever I'm in the neighborhood. You should pop in, too.”
“Excellent staff, efficient and they were great with my daughter. Doctor had great bedside manner and we did something unexpected but it was quick and painless. Highly recommend.”

“Adam assisted me with some items, he was very professional and extremely knowledgable in his expertise. He has a very rare and skilled eye. I loved working with adam and felt very safe and informed. Highly recommend!”
“Super cute store with a large variety of goods from china to scarves to valentines gifts. She had everything you could possibly need to give a thoughtful, unique gift. The lady was also soo friendly and talked to us the entire time we shopped around. Would love to spend more time in this store. And would have loved to bring these dishes home with me ?”

“Evelyn Robinson is an exceptional representative of Windsor. I followed the protocol of delineating the articles of jewelry and attached photos. Within 48 hours I was given a calendar of appointment times. When I arrived, I was treated very well and commenced my appointment on time. An evaluation was conducted thoughtfully and an education was offered regarding some pieces. They provided me a written assessment and offer. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them highly”

“I cannot recommend erstwhile enough. I had been following them on instagram for a while before I got engaged and knew I wanted my ring from there since they source such beautiful and unique engagement rings. When they posted one I immediately booked an appointment and went in for a private consult where we tried on the ring I originally saw, along with others to fully solidify my choice. They made the entire process so seamless with resizing and purchase. I’m so happy I was able to get a unique, antique engagement ring!”

“Such a beautiful stationary store in a historic building with so much character throughout. Lovely handmade cards, wax seal stamps, seasonal paper decorations and puzzles. Plenty of journals and planners and small items like stickers and pins. Great for finding small gifts or basic stationary items.”
“What a treat! Janice was super helpful...Just walking in you could tell this woman has a passion for deco purses and beautiful costume jewelry. Lovingly curated, artfully displayed. Even if you don't buy anything, it's worth it to look! She's even written a book about her purses...Great coffee table book titled Carry Me. Enjoy!”

“My table lamp switch had become loose, and would not work. I took the lamp to Illumine, and was attended to by Luca. In a few minutes, he repaired it efficiently, and i was able to bring it home with me. Luca was most pleasant, and the store is attractive, with a variety of lamps and shades. Definitely recommend this store!”

“What a great staff. I went in to look for a very specific type of glass that I collect and when the worker asked me what I was looking for I told him. He knew exactly what I was talking about and apologized that they didn’t carry it but he knew of an antique mall that might have some. Oddly enough I had just been to that same antique mall the weekend before and they did have the type of glass I was looking for. That man knows his glass! An all around pleasant experience and the store is beautiful!”
“My girlfriends and I had the best shopping experience here. Rosemary is a lovely woman, and it was such a pleasure to hear her stories. I purchased the most beautiful vintage earrings and wore them multiple times over the holidays. Looking forward to visiting again when I’m back in the city.”

“Gregg was great in communicating with me! The purchase process was smooth and the way through the delivery. The driver arrived ten minutes early and was very helpful. I will continue to watch the Olde Good Things website and hope to buy again in the future. Thank youGregg!”
“Small but interesting assortment. Prices about on par with what you might expect in the neighborhood. Even if she doesn't know a lot about an object, Martine is still pleasant to talk with. Stop by if you're in the vicinity! At minimum you'll see something interesting; at maximum a new objet d'art for your home!”
“I purchased some items at auction and due to some unique circumstances on my end I had to pick them up sooner than normally allow. The owner went above and beyond to communicate with me and accommodate my request so that I could receive my purchases in time. I was very pleased with the service as well as with the quality of the purchased items. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!”

“GENUINELY A HIDDEN GEM. if youre in the area, dont skip. RARE JADE, real stuff, authentic art, large pieces, dragons, terracotta soldiers, lions, stone statues of all kinds. Really good selection. if youre looking for rare, high quality imported tea pots and art you can't find anywhere else, you have to check this place out. on top of that, the staff is very kind, very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a great time just chatting with the gentleman Howard while friends shopped. Seriously good vibes here, their high quality selection is just a bonus.”
“We traveled to London for our anniversary and my wife fell in love with the Edwardian era vintage jewelry. After some research, she found Israel Rose and never looked back. She choose a ring to mark the occasion and worked with David Cifuentes. The ring is more beautiful than we anticipated. It arrived quickly, in perfect condition and well packaged. Thank you so much for all the attention, care, communication and for this beautiful ring that marks our 20th wedding anniversary. The only problem I see….she has saved Israel Rose as a favorite website! Jeremy”
