"This was our fav diner during our nearly three weeks in NYC. Great food, value for money, fabulous service. Just love this diner and the cool staff that work here. This place was our oasis in amongst all the noise and hustle of the theatre district. Honestly can't speak highly enough about this diner, always busy, but still fast service and lots of smiles. Great burgers ... great place"

"Visited here for a sit down meal during our recent visit to NY.Restaurant was quite busy the evening we visited, but we were seated quickly.Decent choice on the menu, and we were served efficiently.Food was good, and reasonably priced, with the bill coming in at a touched over $100 incl. tax and tip. The tip (18%) was automatically added to the bill which we didn't mind, but you can challenge this if there were any issues with your visit.Would recommend for a visit."

"The service and food were great, but I think the price is to high regarding what you get and compared to simular resturants. A big plus was that the calories for all dishes were presented in the menu. "

"As you can see I have written reviews from different restaurants in most places including Spain, England and the USA and France, Portugal, and so forth. If anyone from the UK read this please do not go here and eat. We walked in from the street and asked for a table for five. After waiting and being shown to our table upstairs the place was disgusting.Food all over the floors, food and cutlery and plates left on tables for god knows long after people had left. We immediately turned around and said to the waiter we have changed our mind.On the way out i used the toilet that was also disgusting. While in the toilet the chef came in to ask use the toilet, I turned to wash my hands and the chef walked directly out of the toilet and back to work. There are signs saying all staff must wash my hands and he didn’t OMG.One of the sinks was blocked with human sick. The whole toilet doesn’t look like it was cleaned forgotten how long. The food pictured on the website and above does not look like the food I saw coming out being delivered to customers. That alone is 100% misleading.Every restaurant in New York should have an A rating. If you do not see this rating or you see a sign saying “rating pending”Do not use stay away. This restaurant has to be the most disgusting place I’ve walked in since going to Mumbai. This is the first time I’ve actually walked directly straight back out of the restaurant we are ordering. There has been some good reviews of this place and all I can say is what an earth are these people used to! To the owners, I’m very sorry to leave such awful review. I hope this can turn around."

"First time in NYC and tried this because we recognised the name of the restaurant. We weren't expecting wonders as it's in the tourist hotspot of Times Square, but this was really disappointing food. I had chicken and ribs, chicken was dry and pretty tasteless. The ribs tasted nice but had nearly no meat on them. The Mac n' Cheese wasn't even mac n' cheese!! It was some sort of fusilli pasta in what tasted like hollandaise with veg. I wanted macaroni and cheese, not some clammy pasta bake with no macaroni or cheese in it..!!Also, only 1 gents loo on the ground floor for a busy sports bar-esque pub, queuing in the bar area for it - just weird. Go somewhere else."

"The food was ok and the waiter was great. She even sang happy birthday to my son and brought him ice cream as a great gesture. We had fun only gave a 4 cause the drinks we orders wasn't strong enough for a pitcher of sangria.."

"Typical American style food. Ordered rare burger and the waiter said it will be pink but received it well done. For what we ordered and the price we paid was day light Robery! The cocktail was actually water - I guess it is a Strategy to get one to order more!"

"Staff are friendly enough, but this place is trading on its name alone. The food is average, and is overpriced, and then an 18% tip is arbitrarily added to your bill. I have absolutely no issue with tipping- I think it encourages better customer service from an individual, and I appreciate that it is supplementary income for an otherwise low paid position. I do have an issue when the menu prices are higher than comparable dishes in countries with no tipping culture, and then a tip is just expected as additional revenue, which I'm sure in this case is just lining the owners pockets. I certainly won't be back. Stick to the smaller, mum and dad restaurants- the food is infinitely better quality, and the prices are better aligned to the values of a tipping culture."

"Food was below average and service was bad. Waited over half an hour for our food, finally came out and it was cold. Then, to add insult to injury, because it's in a tourist area, they automatically add an overly generous 18% gratuity to the bill 🙄"

"Over priced breakfast. The pancakes were pathetic. Service was excellent."
