The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for one of our handicapped guests. We were recommended this place by a local instead of going to the top of Empire State. I'm happy we did this instead so we could see the Empire State Building and IMO it's better views.

Getting up , the beam experience and the view was however the process leaving was a zero. It took us over an hour to get down and they had us standing in dark unlit hallways. Not sure how this was to code. Only two working elevators for the mass of people trying to leave.

Horrible unorganized. Employees force you thru picture lines at the end before you can leave. The view at the top is nice, but I would recommend going elsewhere. This place used to be nice before all these "beam" pictures. Lines lines lines. Unorganized.
