Nearly two hours (that's 2 hours) waiting in line to check in for a rental car. People, including me, had no choice but to wait. Many left. No one there could do anything about it. One person checking people in (as good as he was), with all these reservation. Ridiculous. Car itself was fine.

pay more to get a car elsewhere. unless you want to stand in line all day. i'm even a fast break member and it did nothing

Got a fairly new car from the airport branch, but it took over 1 hour and 30 minutes. But on returning the vehicle, it took 5 minutes at this location.
