Oh boy, I didn’t realize how bad a customer experience you can have from a supposedly “high” class fashion house!!I was so delighted to be given an overnight delivery option for my perfume I ordered by phone on Feb 1st.My delight quick turned to total disappointment when after two calls later to Chanel customer service, it was confirmed that my order will finally arrive on Monday, Feb 5th. Day 5 after I placed my order - oh yes just to recap it was supposed to be an overnight order.I think customer care was ok but Chanel’s fulfillment team is a total let down and embarrassment!! They must have sat on my order on Feb 1 and didn’t send the order until past 3pm Central on Feb 2!! Please do not use the excuse that the payment processing took so long. This all should be completed on day 1 for an overnight delivery option..

Customer service is virtually non-existent! They don’t respond to messages left on their website. All they seem to care about is selling their products. Chanel needs SIGNIFICANT improvement on their customer service! For start, they could work on replying to customers’ feedback and listening to what their patrons say. I’m so turned off by their arrogance and ignorance.

It seems like only rude people work at Chanel. Literally every employee and store I've been to, the employees have a resting bi*ch face. No acknowledgement or any type of customer service. So disappointing.

Chanel has refused to settle my complaint, I have contacted them by email since December 2022. I sent. Them a pic of item that was damaged and asked to have someone contact me to fix or replace They said no because the item was a gift to me and I had no receipt

Purchased two eyeshadow palettes as gifts. The box they arrived in had absolutely nothing to protect the fragile items in shipment, so of course they arrived damaged. I called customer service and the lady I spoke with, Patience was very nice. She told me she would email me and I was to respond to her email with photos of the damaged items. She said once they saw the photos they would send replacements. Okay, fine.So I get the email and it instructs me to take photos of about TWENTY different angles of the damaged products. Annoying, but okay. So I took all the requested photos & replied to her email.The next day I have a voicemail from this woman telling me to call her because she has an "update on my return". I'm a busy person so I'm not quite sure why she couldn't just reply to my email with this "update", or yknow, send me the replacements like she promised she would once I sent her the requested photos showing the damage. So two days later I finally get a chance to call and the lady I speak with tells me that they got my email but now they need me to send the DAMAGED items back & once they SEE that the items are tracking, only then will they send me replacements. Oh and it's ***** that they use as a shipping carrier, so it's not like I can just leave the package out for the mail person. Somehow, them sending me over $100 worth of DAMAGED products has now become MY problem. My issue is not that I need to send the products back....it's the fact that I had to send them 20 pictures at every different angle of these products with my packing slip, back of the box, mailing label, etc. in the photos, only to THEN be told I need to mail them back.....why not just tell me to do that in the first place when I called?? Again, these items were GIFTS. Never again will I shop with this company.

Very disapponted about this boutique. First of all they leave people outside even if it's very cold; there was a pregnant girl on the line and I had to suggest them to invite her to enter.. Moreover we asked for some broches to buy but they have less than Chanel in Milan; I though that the New York Chanel boutique was well stocked but it wasn't. We bought several available broches and other accessories and we spent a lot of money. They were all presents and we asked for gift boxes and small gift bags. They charged the cost of bags on the bill; this is incredible! Never happened in Milan or London Chanel boutique, where we buy every year many gifts. I can not recommend this boutique.

This company is unethical and dishonest about its return policy. I have a receipt that directs the buyer to "please see reverse for full details of our return procedures." There is absolutely no mention of a timeframe for returns. The only timeframe that is mentioned is that it "may take 7 to 10 business days to arrive" at their facility. After reaching out multiple times and asking for direction/verification on how to handle a return/exchange (I have spent hours upon hours calling, emailing, IMing, waiting for callbacks, waiting for emails) I never heard from them until I finally caught someone on the phone who claimed to be "the final person" I'd be able to talk to about this. They said they wouldn't accept the return/exchange and that they "may" return my items back to me. The initial points of contact on the phone have been very kind (Thank you to Lea T. and Kay), but once you get to speak to anyone in management, customer service is abysmal, dishonest, and rude. I guess one gets worn out trying to defend a return policy, that can be altered on a whim versus one that is disclosed honestly and ethically on a receipt, as is standard.

I bought a chanel bag from Chanel Boutique in Highland Park , Texas and paid nearly $4000. For it . The straps started to fall apart from the first month I had it. Got busy and didn’t want to wait for lengthy repair didn’t take it in for repair until last September of 2019. After going back and forth for six months the sent the bag back to me and told me to wait and once they receive the parts they will have me send my bag back for them to repair it. Didn’t hear back from them until last week I emailed Lisa with Chanel customer service asking for an update. Two emails back and forth she thanked me for my patience and apologize for not having my parts blaming it on Covid pandemic. I am very upset and will never buy another bag from Chanel. They have a horrible customer service. Buyer be aware. It’s been almost one year and they haven’t repair my bag and giving me excuse after excuse. Shame on them ,, I want the entire world to know . Spend your money else where where they give you service

DO NOT use Chanel No.5 body cream until you test it first, I put it on my arms, legs and chest, the following day the pain and itching was horrendous, it is the third day now and I am still in pain, itching and the blotches on my skin look terrible, it is like a burn. PLEASE BE AWARE ! They deserve NO STARS!
