Amazing customer service! I had a tennis bracelet that was broken, and they were able to accommodate to have it fixed literally within a couple of hours, when every other jeweler in town told me that it would takes days to weeks to fix. Really appreciate his quick work, and great quality.

I have had a favorite watch for about 10 years, and could not find a repairer in the City. I brought it to C.P. and he repaired it to working condition !! And for a reasonable cost !!I am very happy!!

I trust my watches here! I have one, a favorite not to be found in the US, that has at different times needed either a new battery or link removal and Charles Patrick Jewelers does a stellar job at great prices. The shop also sells antique jewelry and knick-knacks. Awesome place with a unique NY feel.
