The manager went around the line trying to help people and even tho my card wasn’t working I got to sit in the bank and call with no complaints

I submtted a "dispute charge " on my CITI THANK YOU PREFERRED CARD and they graciously agreed with the vendor without consulting my side of the dispute. I paid the vendor and locked my card and will use my other cards.NP Frank Fitz

I went in to get my document notarized. Ms. Elsa Ortega was very nice. She gave my pointers for how to make my document more official. And she took me right away the next day when I came back with the correct document. Excellent service here in citi bank!
