I would like to personally thank the manager and the staffs. I got into a car accident and had to rent a car at this location. When I was going through this headache, the team helped me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and got me a car that was comfortable for my wife and 3 children. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. KENNETH NEELY AKA "THE MANAGER" YELLED AT ME, MY MOM, AND MY GRANDMOTHERThis was my first and only experience I have with Enterprise. I had made a reservation for 9/7/2023 approx. 2 months ago for 8:30 AM that day. My party (my 60 y/o mom and 80 y/o grandma) and I arrived on time. Upon arrival Kenneth Neely (the manager) told us that our reserved car wasn't there yet as the original car for our reservation was returned damaged. He said we could wait for the Audi coming from a different location or we could pay more money for a larger car. I asked how long the wait would be and he said ~ 10 minutes, we agreed that if it was only going to be a few minutes that we could wait. About 10-15 minutes later he said okay great your Cadillac is on it's way should be here in 15 minutes. I asked why the type of car was changing and why it was taking so long. He began to get irritated and said that we could go elsewhere if we'd like. We said no that we were confused why such a large company doesn't have plans in place for when cars are returned damaged or not on time for the next reservation. After about another 10-15 minutes he said okay your car is here but it's going to be a few more minutes we need to wash it now. He knew we were on a time crunch as we were trying to return the car same day (by 7:00PM and our round trip drive time was going to be 7-8 hours, it was 9:00AM at this point). I again asked why this was happening and why we were not notified there was going to be such a delay. He began raising his voice at me saying "you're not understanding what I am telling you" I responded that I did indeed understand the series of events but was confused as to why there was no notification, plan B, etc. At this point he was essentially yelling at me and my family that we weren't understanding and he was no longer renting a car to me. I asked for his name and card and said I would like to call customer service to remedy the situation he handed me his card and responded with "I have the final call on who gets a car and I'm not renting to you if you want to call you can get out" and proceeded to request us to leave the location. We did. I have been calling Enterprise Customer Service everyday since the incident with the representatives stating notifications were being sent to the area manager and district manager and someone will be in contact with me, I've heard NOTHING.He absolutely ruined a surprise trip I had planned for my grandma who finally retired. We were planning to go to Rhode Island to visit her first home she shared with my grandpa and to visit her daughter's grave that she lost at birth. My grandma hadn't been to the grave since the death almost 60 years ago. Kenneth is a mean nasty man and I would suggest you go ANYWHERE else to rent a car. He deserves no one's business.

very tricky and be very careful when go for rental at this location, esp. when you want to extend your rental. My extended contract rate hopped up 50% compared to the first contract. Car was Audi Q3 on 1st contract, Q5 on the 2nd. I was told by the staff when I was offered Q5 that the price difference would be $10 above on Q5 compared to Q3. Q3 was $84/d, but eventually Q5 was $125/d. Stupid me, because I signed without checking in detail, only on the bases of what the staff said to me. When I had argued with them, they wouldn't allow me to lease another 10 days

This is of the best locations to rent from in nyc the manager is an amazing gentleman and his staff are kind, professional and very accommodating. God bless them ? The best car providers ever!! And Rent often?

I would like to start by saying Thank you to Juan, Adrian Cole and Joaquin Silva they did and incredible job in making sure my experience in renting my car was fast easy and painless. I give you guys 5 stars .If you need a car in Midtown this is where you gotta come.Thank you Gentlemen I will definitely be back .

I'm a frequent traveler with National. This is the WORST pick up experience I have had, charged one way fees, unprofessional manager, low stock cars, bad attitudes. The uneducated manager Kenneth Neely cuts you off as you're speaking, yells at customers, and hangs up the the phone. Will never go to his location again!

Don't rent a car here. Uneducated crooks and lowlifes running this location. Adding extra fees and treating loyal customers poorly. The manager Kenneth Neely screamed at me, hung up the phone on me, and was rude. I will never use this location again. I can't believe this location is associated with National. They should fire that manager and start over.

I had a great experience renting from 48th and 11av. In manhattan. The staff at the location were really friendly and completely took care of me. I highly recommend going there. Dee was even able to upgrade me for a minimal charge. The car drove great! I'll be back.

This Enterprise location’s staff are nothing short of excellent. Friendly and helpful, thorough and professional. They get you into a car and on the road quickly and courteously. Great selection, too! Cannot say enough nice things.

We needed a car in New York and after a lot of searching because we were particularly demanding we ended up at this particular office. The guys were very helpful, they answered all our questions because the trip we had was long.As Greeks we had many doubts in a different country, but the guys made us trust them. Impeccable service beyond expectations with professionalism. Greetings to Joakin and Juan.I highly recommend it!
