Our family has returned home from a trip to New York. Looking back now, in terms of arranging the rental car for this trip, I consider myself extremely lucky to have chosen your store to rent a car. Your superb business, patient introduction about car rental procedures, friendly answers to every question I had, and guidance on how to install my EZ-pass transponder relieved my worries and gave me a wonderful experience. George, I would like to express my sincere thanks to you. I will definitely do a rental car with Enterprise next time and recommend it to my friends.

I received a call the evening before our scheduled pick to make sure they were ready.I have had reservations “disappear” at other rental agencies, so call was much appreciated. The car was there and ready as promised. The staff was kind, responsive and respectful making the experience not only smooth but quite pleasant.I will be a return customer here.

Never had a better car rental service experience.We rented a car in the weekend. On Monday morning we arrived at the rental station and they informed us that we rented a car which was not available at the moment at that specific station. They were fetching it, but it would probably take 2 hours. We were offered another car.As we chose a specific car, we declined the other (smaller) car and decided to wait for the one we reserved.The staff really made an effort to get us on our way as fast as possible. They offered a very generous financial solution, and even made us a good deal on not have to refill the car on return.The car was splendid (almost brand new) and we had a perfect trip with it.Thanks to the team at this Enterprise rental station!

At the last minute I needed to change my drop off location from Chelsea to midtown. I called ahead and was told it was no problem.I dropped off, got my receipt and was on my way. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate the flexibility and good customer service.

This place is terrible. After spending $700.00 for my rental, they charged me for a scratch on the door. I told them it was not my doing, they still charged. That's how they treat a customer. Don't trust them. Also their assistant manager lied and asked my to sign saying I agreed about the scratch. I thought I was signing because I extended my rental by a day. Also, place sucks. It's under construction and my car was full if dust and dirty inside and outside. I will spend my money elsewhere!

OMG. TERI LE CUSTOMER SERVICEI recently had a horrible experience with enterprise. I rented a car for four days and left my wallet in the car when I called and asked that I can come pick up my wallet they insisted they check the car and my wallet was not in the car I called back again to please re-check. They were persistent on not checking the car because they said they already checked it. Two weeks later I received my wallet in the mail from the next person who rented the car. She stated that she found it in the car when she left enterprise. Thankfully this nice citizen mailed me back my wallet. Unfortunately I already had to cancel all my credit cards and get a new drivers license. Registration and insurance card issued to me along with many other personal documents.

Impossible to rent the car I booked 2 months ago due to the fact I have a french debit card. They are requiring a credit card...unless you book from airport. The unfair part is that I gave this card to book 2 months ago without any alert from the company. Fortunately your competitors allow those cards which are the only ones available in Europe. You won't see me again.

Outstanding experience and great customer service. Even though I made a mistake in my timing for reservation, manager was keen to solve the problem fast and offered a solution providing us a great vehicle. Thank you very much to Assistant Branch Manager Mr Jefferson Francois!

They took my money on a debit card, but once I went there to pick up my card, they would not accept it. It was not made clear to me at the time of rental only in the fine line details. They gave me no options so that I could get a car and left me stranded out of state. Would’ve been nice for them to offer me an alternative, but they would have no part of that, they did not care whatsoever. I will never use them again.

We were stranded by Southwest Airlines. We booked two large vehicles to one way home to Florida. The staff called us to keep us updated on what they had since so many were in our same boat. Fortunately, we got what we reserved so that we could get our family and luggage home. I am so glad we got there when they opened and we reserved as soon as we knew our flight was canceled. The staff took time to detail the car as well. I am so very thankful to Enterprise in Manhattan on 53rd!!

As usual no problems with enterprise and Cathryn Warne branch manager who was dealing with my rental was very good as I had few questions about insurance cover as I over on holidays from Ireland and all questions was answer in professional way and gave me plenty of time to inspect a car too .Definitely got feeling this branch is run good and with no Sharp practises .Only thing could be improved is the signage for pedestrians to access office as only way I could see to get to office was down car ramp to car park

Stay clear of this location. I was distressed and needed help in swapping out my car for another one at this location and the branch manager Cathryn was so rude and disrespectful. She was treating me so nasty and was unwilling to assist me especially after I told her I felt unsafe driving the car. I asked one of her employees if they could call another location and they refused. I reported cathryn to enterprise; however, she shouldn't work in customer service the way she treats customers. I believe she is racist.
