“I bought a high-quality pillow from Mattress Firm, and Moncef is an excellent sales expert. He introduced me to different types of pillows and helped me choose the right one based on my sleep habits.
Unfortunately, FedEx lost my package. I contacted FedEx many times but received no solution. When I called the Mattress Firm store and explained the situation, my sales expert Moncef immediately understood and went above and beyond to help me get a replacement.

“We were looking for a Night and Day cabinet Murphy bed but wanted to see it in store and get a feel of it before purchasing and the Futonland in Newark had some on display. Maria, the sales associate there, really went above and beyond with our experience there. She was able to show us some different options and was able to offer us a discount on one of the brand new pieces they had. Since we needed it urgently she even had her team assemble it before the movers got there. The piece was packaged very securely, fully assembled, with a ton of packing material so that it wouldn’t be harmed during the move. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.”

“The server Raffy and the food were amazing. The only reason why I didn't give it a perfect score was because of the front desk hostess. I made the reservation way in advance for my birthday and I definitely requested outside seating, but upon arrival the hostess, front desk told me I had made an inside reservation and that they were booked for all outside seating. I asked to speak to the manager, then all of a sudden they were able to find me a table outside. I wouldn't have made the reservation for inside.”
