“I originally started my R&F experience with Brian Smith, who gave me plenty of space with no pressure to look around but was close by to answer any questions. I came by for a second look on Brian's day off, saw a few more items I liked and went to consult a friend who is in the business. When I brought my friend to look and make the purchases, Brian was out sick but Elias Workneh stepped in and did an admirable job answering my friends questions.
Upon completion of the purchases, Elias said Brian would get joint credit for the sale.

“I visited Lazzoni (Madison) yesterday and met with Catrina. She mocked up my floor plan in record time, colored the space, and placed models of the furniture I was viewing in the store. It was unlike anything I'd ever seen. It seems like the store is staffed with qualified interior designers instead of typical sales associates. I was beyond impressed with Catrina's depth of knowledge, care, and attention to detail. Whatever she's being paid, Lazzoni ought to double it. I've been to a few furniture stores since moving into a new apartment, and this visit was easily the highlight of those experiences. I will definitely be back for more.”

“We bought our Charles Rogers mattress and boxsprings about eight years ago and it has been the best by far that my wife and I have ever slept on. We frequently stay in hotels, such as ******, ********, **********, and other well-known nice hotel chains. Although we have had great experiences at those hotels, our favorite mattress by far is our Charles Rogers mattress at home. We cannot recommend this mattress company highly enough and it is surprising to see some of the bad reviews on Better Business Bureau website. We plan to keep this mattress for the rest of our lives, but if we ever do buy another mattress, it will be a Charles Rogers mattress. Just top notch experience from the ordering to the delivery to the sleeping on it every night.”

“It was chilly so we opted for indoors but still a great experience. Beautiful setting in a beautiful neighborhood. Food portions are small so it adds to the bill and the entire night is a bit expensive but I would have to say it's worth it.”
“I can't rave enough about the help I received from Camille at the Saatva Broadway location. Doing research ahead of time (both online and in another Saatva showroom) I thought I had chosen the right mattress. But when I met with Camille, and explained my issues that I'm having with my spine, she recommended I try the Luxury Firm. I'm so glad she did because it's much better than my original choice and is perfect! I've had the mattress for about 2 weeks now and see remarkable improvement in my back pain upon rising. Camille was also very responsive to subsequent questions that I had. There was a glitch with a return of a pillow involving a discount at time of sale, so I'd recommend you get all of the information if you need to return something. However, in terms of the service and recommendation I received from Camille, I give a glowing 5+ Stars. Thanks Camille!”

Last week I went there bruising for a 1 bedroom set and left with everything I needed and more for my new apartment.
The sales representative Mel helped me with everything. He was friendly, professional and super knowledgeable with selling the products. He was even kind enough to give me some financial advice on my decision making lol. He’s customer service was top tier.
