The tech broke my iPad Pro. I took an iPad Pro 11" for a screen replacement. When I got it back, the iPad no longer recognized the SIM card so I no longer get any cellular data access.The customer service was pretty bad when I reported the issue. Instead of trying to figure out what happened, the tech first tried to convince me that I'm wrong and that the SIM works, then tried to say it wasn't his fault, and finally tried to blame me for trying to cheat him.I wouldn't trust this guy with my devices in the future. I recommend you avoid this shop.

I brought my Dell xps 8930 to Jack's. I had spoken with him on the phone the previous day, having found his number after doing a web search. He fixed my computer the same day and was exceptionally good at informing me about the problem and his progress. The charges were exactly as agreed on the phone the day before, and I was delighted with the entire experience. I give Jack's my unequivocal recommendation.

WARNING: NEVER COME HERE - Worst computer repair shop I’ve ever been to. Asked for a simple cleaning of my MacBook with some compressed air and they said they “don’t do that kind of service”.

Jack has great service. Always achieves what needs to be done. But his schedule needs to be updated. I arrived here at 8pm, his online site says that he is open until 9pm. Come on Jack! Nah he still gets 5 stars from me.

I just got my iPhone screen fixed yesterday evening and I’m very impressed with the processing. When every other place was charging $300 and over for the screen replacement, Jack charged a very reasonable price and I’m very pleased with the work that has been done.

So I wrote a big review on the full story but I guess you can pay to have it removed. Short story: After billing me for a fix that lasted less than a day, he sold me a laptop with a phony windows OS that didn't work. He had assured me of a warranty. When I took it back the very next day and showed that it was broken (left clicker broken, mousepad defunct, some keys stuck, JavaScript engine glitchy) I was told to look at the fine print on the sign which read: "Warranty 30 days" "As-is" "All sales final" But that warranty tho? He refused to refund or give store credit, so I had to threaten to tell the FBI about all the pirated software (Microsoft Office Suite + Windows OS itself) and he agreed to refund, but with a $40 "restocking fee".
