They do a great job with the tailoring, that’s for sure. But the customer service can use some improvement. The front desk attendants many times seem rude and unmotivated.

Nancy and Alex were very helpful and they provide provided an excellent customer service experience. The shoes didn’t work this time, but I’m sure that I might be able to make them work in the future with a different size or perhaps working with flagship store.
